【摘要】：近年來隨著電子科技業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,電子科技型集團的數(shù)量、規(guī)模及業(yè)務(wù)范疇在不斷的擴充。隸屬于各集團旗下的軟件研發(fā)公司的規(guī)模及其所承接的項目規(guī)模也隨之?dāng)U大,各軟件研發(fā)公司在項目軟件配置管理上的各類問題也逐漸暴露出來。當(dāng)前的軟件配置管理研究多以理論研究為主,缺乏針對集團項目特性的軟件配置管理方案的制定及相關(guān)研究工作。本文針對集團項目的自身特點,對集團項目在日常管理工作中的各類問題進行了深入的剖析和細致的研究。結(jié)合本人在集團項目軟件配置管理方面多年的工作經(jīng)驗,制定出一套適合集團內(nèi)部項目的軟件配置管理方案。通過對集團項目各階段的軟件配置管理應(yīng)用,分層面的對集團項目的軟件配置管理工作做了詳細的說明。本文以集團內(nèi)部實際項目為具體案例,詳細說明了軟件配置管理方案的制定、方案實施中的問題及解決方法。并制定了瀑布型軟件配置管理模式與增量瀑布型軟件配置管理模式兩種配置管理模式,以適應(yīng)一對一服務(wù)模式及一對多服務(wù)模式下集團內(nèi)部項目的軟件配置管理工作。本文所提出的軟件配置管理方案在集團內(nèi)部實際項目的具體實踐中取得了良好的效果,大大提升了集團項目的軟件配置管理水平。對今后集團內(nèi)其他項目的軟件配置管理工作以及其他企業(yè)實際建立有效的軟件配置管理方案提供了借鑒與參考意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic technology industry, the number, scale and business scope of electronic technology groups are constantly expanding. The scale of the software R & D company under the ownership of each group and the scale of the project are also expanded, and all kinds of problems in the project software configuration management of the software R & D company are gradually exposed. The current research on software configuration management is mainly based on theoretical research, and it lacks the formulation of software configuration management scheme and related research work in view of the characteristics of group projects. According to the characteristics of the group project, this paper makes a thorough analysis and detailed study on the various problems in the daily management of the group project. Combined with my working experience in group project software configuration management for many years, a set of software configuration management scheme suitable for group internal project is worked out. Through the application of software configuration management in various stages of the group project, the software configuration management of the group project is explained in detail. Taking the actual project in the group as a specific case, this paper explains in detail the formulation of the software configuration management scheme, the problems in the implementation of the scheme and the solutions. Two configuration management modes, waterfall software configuration management mode and incremental waterfall software configuration management mode, are developed to adapt to the software configuration management of internal group projects in one to one service mode and one to many service mode. The software configuration management scheme proposed in this paper has achieved good results in the practical projects within the group and greatly improved the software configuration management level of the group projects. It provides a reference and reference for the future software configuration management of other projects in the group and the establishment of effective software configuration management schemes in other enterprises.
