秸稈能源化工程原料運(yùn)輸半徑經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境評價(jià)

【摘要】:根據(jù)區(qū)域特點(diǎn)和工程類型提出秸稈能源化工程原料運(yùn)輸半徑,對推進(jìn)工程的應(yīng)用、原料穩(wěn)定供應(yīng)、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)收益以及改善生態(tài)環(huán)境具有重要意義.以秸稈能源化工程原料運(yùn)輸半徑為核心,提出秸稈能源轉(zhuǎn)化密度、工程經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境效益評價(jià)模型,評價(jià)指標(biāo)包括單位經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、溫室氣體和PM2.5減排潛能.對哈爾濱地區(qū)發(fā)展秸稈能源化工程的運(yùn)輸半徑進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境評價(jià),結(jié)果表明:哈爾濱地區(qū)是黑龍江省發(fā)展秸稈能源化工程的優(yōu)勢區(qū)域,在發(fā)展秸稈沼氣、乙醇、熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)和成型燃料工程時,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最優(yōu)原料運(yùn)輸半徑分別為37、35、22和4 km;此時,4類能源化工程的環(huán)境效益從高到低依次為秸稈沼氣、乙醇、熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)和成型燃料工程.
[Abstract]:According to the regional characteristics and engineering types, it is of great significance to put forward the raw material transportation radius of straw energy engineering, which is of great significance to promote the application of the project, to stabilize the supply of raw materials, to increase economic benefits and to improve the ecological environment. Taking the raw material transportation radius of straw energy engineering as the core, the evaluation model of straw energy conversion density, engineering economy and environmental benefit is put forward. The evaluation indexes include unit economic benefit, greenhouse gas and PM2.5 emission reduction potential. The economic and environmental evaluation of the transportation radius of the development of straw energy engineering in Harbin area is carried out. The results show that Harbin area is the dominant area for the development of straw energy engineering in Heilongjiang Province, and is developing straw biogas and ethanol. When the cogeneration of heat and power is combined with the molding fuel, the optimum raw material transportation radius is 37 ~ 3 ~ 35 ~ 22 and 4 km, respectively, and the environmental benefits of the energy engineering of the four types are straw biogas, ethanol, thermoelectric cogeneration and forming fuel engineering in order from high to low.
