通信制造業(yè)上市公司的績效評價研究

【摘要】:作為制造業(yè)與高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)交叉點的通信制造業(yè),在我國的發(fā)展越來越迅猛,所處地位也越來越高。經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,我國通信設(shè)備制造業(yè)堅持技術(shù)引進和自主開發(fā)相結(jié)合,已經(jīng)形成了一個較為完整的通信設(shè)備制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈逐步完善,自主創(chuàng)新能力明顯提升,涌現(xiàn)出了華為、中興等一批具有國際競爭力的企業(yè),行業(yè)規(guī)模不斷擴大,已成為電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。高技術(shù)含量、高創(chuàng)新能力向來被認(rèn)為是通信制造業(yè)的特征之一,為掌握自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán),行業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)均對研發(fā)重點投入,促使行業(yè)具備了技術(shù)迅速創(chuàng)新的特點。因此,從考慮創(chuàng)新因素的角度深入開展通信制造業(yè)上市公司績效的評價研究,能夠?qū)νㄐ胖圃鞓I(yè)上市公司的經(jīng)營情況有系統(tǒng)的了解。 本文主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾個方面:(1)介紹本文研究意義、內(nèi)容和方法,并提出研究框架與創(chuàng)新點;(2)介紹績效評價的相關(guān)概念和國內(nèi)外的研究綜述;(3)建立我國通信制造業(yè)上市公司績效評價的研究體系;(4)運用因子分析與支持向量機相結(jié)合的方法,對通信制造業(yè)上市公司的績效評價進行實證分析;(5)對通信制造業(yè)上市公司績效狀況進行分析,提出相關(guān)對策建議;(6)得出本文研究結(jié)論。 本文通過采用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法,綜合評價我國通信制造業(yè)上市公司的績效情況。在考慮創(chuàng)新因素的前提下,結(jié)合財務(wù)指標(biāo)與非財務(wù)指標(biāo)建立能夠反映我國通信制造業(yè)上市公司績效的指標(biāo)體系,針對所建立的績效的指標(biāo)體系,運用因子分析和支持向量機相結(jié)合的模型對通信制造業(yè)上市公司的績效進行實證分析,建立績效評價模型,將本文所研究的27家通信制造業(yè)上市公司的績效情況分為兩類。 結(jié)果顯示,支持向量機在對通信制造業(yè)上市公司的績效評價中有很好的應(yīng)用性。針對本文所運用的因子分析與支持向量機相結(jié)合的模型所進行的實證分類結(jié)果,對比分析兩類績效的公司情況,通過找尋規(guī)律發(fā)現(xiàn)對績效影響較大的因素為授權(quán)專利數(shù)為代表的創(chuàng)新能力指標(biāo)、收益類指標(biāo)和以營運資金(資本)周轉(zhuǎn)率為代表的周轉(zhuǎn)類指標(biāo)。同時針對實證分析結(jié)果對提高我國通信制造業(yè)上市公司的績效水平提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:As the intersection of manufacturing industry and high-tech industry, communication manufacturing industry is developing more and more rapidly in our country, and its position is more and more high. After years of development, the communication equipment manufacturing industry in our country insists on the combination of technology introduction and independent development, and has formed a relatively complete communication equipment manufacturing industry system. The industrial chain is gradually improved, and the independent innovation ability is obviously enhanced. Huawei, ZTE and other enterprises with international competitiveness have emerged, the industry scale has been expanding, has become the pillar industry of electronic information industry. High technology content, high innovation ability has always been regarded as one of the characteristics of the communication manufacturing industry. In order to master independent intellectual property rights, enterprises in the industry have invested in R & D key points, which makes the industry have the characteristics of rapid technological innovation. Therefore, from the angle of considering the innovative factors, the research on the evaluation of the performance of the listed companies in the communication manufacturing industry can be carried out in order to have a systematic understanding of the operating conditions of the listed companies in the communications manufacturing industry. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects: 1) introduce the significance, content and methods of this paper. This paper also puts forward the research framework and innovation point: (2) introduces the related concepts of performance evaluation and the domestic and foreign research review 3) establishes the research system of performance evaluation of listed companies in the communications manufacturing industry of our country. (4) using the method of combining factor analysis and support vector machine. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the performance evaluation of the listed companies in the communications manufacturing industry. (5) analyzes the performance of the listed companies in the communications manufacturing industry, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions. By combining qualitative and quantitative methods, this paper comprehensively evaluates the performance of listed companies in the communications manufacturing industry in China. Under the premise of considering the innovation factors, combining the financial index and the non-financial index, the index system which can reflect the performance of the listed company in the communication manufacturing industry of our country is established, and the index system of the performance is established. Using the model of factor analysis and support vector machine, the performance of the listed companies in the communication manufacturing industry is analyzed empirically, and the performance evaluation model is established. The performance of the 27 listed companies in the communication manufacturing industry is divided into two categories. The results show that SVM has a good application in evaluating the performance of listed companies in the communications manufacturing industry. According to the empirical classification results of the model which combines factor analysis and support vector machine, this paper compares and analyzes the two kinds of performance of the company. It is found that the factors that have a great influence on the performance are the innovation ability index represented by the number of authorized patents, the income index and the turnover index represented by the turnover ratio of working capital (capital). At the same time, some suggestions are put forward to improve the performance of the listed companies in the communications manufacturing industry.
