【摘要】：在計劃經(jīng)濟(jì)時期,充足的物資儲備是保障生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營正常進(jìn)行的必要手段。隨著時代的發(fā)展,市場經(jīng)濟(jì)逐步取代計劃經(jīng)濟(jì),現(xiàn)代的物資儲備管理,要求企業(yè)在滿足現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)需求和擴(kuò)大再生產(chǎn)需求的情況下,盡可能降低庫存,降低生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營成本,從而有效地提升企業(yè)核心競爭力。因此,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)的物資儲備管理勢在必行。本文以山東黃金礦業(yè)股份有限公司X金礦為對象,深入調(diào)研影響X金礦物資儲備管理的各種因素,對X金礦物資儲備管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行全面分析,查找現(xiàn)階段X金礦在物資儲備管理中存在的主要問題,多方面探討改進(jìn)儲備管理的方法,并提出了以雙層ABC分類管理法為主導(dǎo)的物資儲備管理新方法。論文首先對物資儲備管理的基本理論進(jìn)行了闡述,從儲備管理的影響因素、管理方法等方面進(jìn)行了介紹,著重對ABC管理法、零儲備管理法等進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)說明,指出了這幾種管理方法在企業(yè)物資儲備管理中的作用。然后,論文以山東黃金礦業(yè)股份有限公司X金礦作為案例,通過實(shí)例、圖表和數(shù)據(jù),對X金礦現(xiàn)在物資儲備管理相關(guān)的各個方面,如物資的分類、儲備管理的方法、物資消耗情況進(jìn)行分析,找出X金礦物資儲備管理過程中出現(xiàn)的如需求計劃編制不準(zhǔn)確、儲備管理方法不當(dāng)?shù)葐栴}。最后,論文將通用的物資儲備管理理論運(yùn)用到X金礦這一特定的黃金礦山企業(yè)中,在對X金礦存在的問題與不足進(jìn)行解析的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了X金礦物資儲備管理的合理方法,優(yōu)化了X金礦物資儲備管理計劃、庫存模式,提出了符合X金礦特色的以建立雙層ABC分類管理法為主導(dǎo)的物資儲備管理的新方法。運(yùn)用科學(xué)合理的儲備定額,結(jié)合靈活多樣的采購形式,以達(dá)到切實(shí)改善物資儲備結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)合理儲備,保證生產(chǎn),降低資金成本,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的目的。物資儲備是影響物資管理的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),也是礦山企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)之一。論文以理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的方式,對X黃金礦山企業(yè)的物資儲備管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行比較全面的研究,提出了新的管理方法,旨在通過以點(diǎn)帶面的方式,為黃金礦山的物資儲備管理拓展新的管理思路,使企業(yè)在更廣闊的平臺與空間上實(shí)現(xiàn)最大化的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:In the planned economy period, the sufficient material reserve is the necessary means to ensure the normal operation of production and operation. With the development of the times, the market economy is gradually replacing the planned economy, and the modern material reserve management requires the enterprises to reduce the inventory and production operation cost as far as possible under the condition of satisfying the actual production demand and expanding the reproduction demand. In order to effectively enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the material reserve management of enterprises. Taking X Gold Mine of Shandong Gold Mining Co., Ltd. As an object, this paper makes a thorough investigation of various factors affecting the material reserve management of X Gold Mine, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the present situation of X Gold Mine material Reserve Management. This paper finds out the main problems existing in the material reserve management of X Gold Mine at present, probes into the methods of improving the reserve management in many aspects, and puts forward a new method of material reserve management, which is dominated by the double-layer ABC classification management method. Firstly, the basic theory of material reserve management is expounded, and the influence factors and management methods of reserve management are introduced. The ABC management method and zero reserve management method are emphasized. The function of these management methods in material reserve management of enterprises is pointed out. Then, taking X Gold Mine of Shandong Gold Mining Co., Ltd as an example, through examples, charts and data, the paper analyzes the various aspects of material reserve management, such as the classification of materials, the method of reserve management, By analyzing the situation of material consumption, we find out the problems in the process of material reserve management of X gold mine, such as the inaccurate preparation of demand plan and improper management method of reserve, and so on. Finally, the paper applies the general material reserve management theory to X Gold Mine, a special gold mine enterprise. On the basis of analyzing the problems and shortcomings of X Gold Mine, the reasonable method of X Gold Mine material Reserve Management is given. This paper optimizes the material reserve management plan and inventory mode of X gold deposit, and puts forward a new method of material reserve management, which is dominated by the establishment of two-layer ABC classification management method, which accords with the characteristics of X gold deposit. In order to improve the structure of material reserve, realize reasonable reserve, guarantee production, reduce the cost of funds and increase economic benefit, the scientific and reasonable reserve quota and flexible and diversified purchasing form are used to achieve the goal of improving the material reserve structure, realizing reasonable reserve, reducing the cost of capital and increasing economic benefit. Material reserve is not only the key link of material management, but also one of the important bases for the development of mining enterprises. Based on the combination of theory and practice, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the current situation of material reserve management in X gold mine enterprises, and puts forward a new management method, aiming at adopting the method of "point to face". This paper develops a new management idea for the material reserve management of gold mine, and makes the enterprise realize the maximum economic benefit in the broader platform and space.
