FR公司售后管理部工作分析應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:伴隨著加入WTO后改革步伐的不斷深入及國際金融危機(jī)的影響,中國的汽車銷售行業(yè)正在經(jīng)受著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。從規(guī)模急劇擴(kuò)張為主的粗放型發(fā)展向以提升品牌競爭力為主的集約型發(fā)展進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)變,這已經(jīng)成為中國汽車銷售行業(yè)突出重圍的必然選擇。除了技術(shù)等“硬件”因素之外,人才等非技術(shù)性的“軟件”因素也受到了企業(yè)越來越多的重視。眾所周知,作為人力資源管理基礎(chǔ)的工作分析對于進(jìn)行高級人力資源管理工作有著舉足輕重的作用和意義。 本論文以一個以汽車銷售為主營業(yè)務(wù)的民營企業(yè)的工作分析項目為研究對象;诠ぷ鞣治觥趧臃止、組織及權(quán)變等理論,結(jié)合該公司的自身特點,戰(zhàn)略、職能和業(yè)務(wù)流程等要素對崗位體系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析、研究與優(yōu)化,設(shè)計出了既符合公司實際又具有現(xiàn)代人力資源管理特色的工作分析方案,實現(xiàn)了本項目的既定目標(biāo),從一定程度上解決了FR公司售后管理部目前所存在的問題,這對于FR公司的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展起到了積極的作用。 本文共分為五個部分。本次工作分析項目綜合運用了多種工作分析方法,系統(tǒng)地收集到了較為充分的部門及崗位信息;此后,通過對崗位信息的各種數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)、系統(tǒng)的統(tǒng)計和分析,從而根據(jù)調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計和分析的結(jié)果,對FR公司售后管理部的部門職能、崗位職責(zé)和工作流程進(jìn)行了界定,形成了最終文件,即崗位說明書和崗位操作指導(dǎo)書。 本項目所采用的是理論探討與實踐研究相結(jié)合的研究方法。首先,在項目實施過程中,通過多種方法對崗位信息進(jìn)行搜集。其次,通過對多個數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)的應(yīng)用,對部門及各崗位的信息進(jìn)行定量統(tǒng)計、分析。最后,根據(jù)多種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)綜合使用的原則,運用并發(fā)展了部門劃分、崗位設(shè)置及人員定編的主要依據(jù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這也是本次研究的創(chuàng)新之處。 FR公司的工作分析應(yīng)用研究,是筆者通過MBA理論學(xué)習(xí)后,,結(jié)合自己多年從事人力資源管理工作的經(jīng)驗,進(jìn)行的一次有益嘗試。通過本項目的研究成果揭示了工作分析不僅對企業(yè)人力資源建設(shè)具有重要作用,對于企業(yè)崗位體系的建設(shè)同樣重要。希望本次的研究成果不僅能對工作分析及崗位優(yōu)化提供參考,亦能夠為同類型企業(yè)在此方面的實踐提供有益幫助。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform after China's entry into WTO and the impact of the international financial crisis, China's auto sales industry is undergoing unprecedented challenges.From the extensive expansion of scale expansion to the intensive development which is mainly to enhance the brand competitiveness, it has become the inevitable choice for the Chinese auto sales industry to break out the tight circle.In addition to technology and other "hardware" factors, talent and other non-technical "software" factors have also been paid more and more attention by enterprises.As we all know, work analysis, as the basis of human resource management, plays an important role and significance in advanced human resource management.This paper focuses on the work analysis project of a private enterprise with auto sales as its main business.Based on the theories of job analysis, division of labor, organization and contingency, combining with the company's own characteristics, strategies, functions and business processes, the paper analyzes, studies and optimizes the status quo of the post system.The work analysis scheme which not only accords with the company reality but also has the modern human resource management characteristic has been designed, and the established goal of this project has been realized, and the problems existing in the after-sales management department of FR company have been solved to some extent.This has played a positive role in the further development of FR Company.This paper is divided into five parts.This work analysis project synthetically uses many kinds of work analysis method, has collected the relatively sufficient department and the post information systematically; since then, has carried on the detailed, systematic statistics and the analysis to the post information each kind of data index,According to the results of investigation, statistics and analysis, this paper defines the department function, post responsibility and work flow of the after-sales management department of FR Company, and forms the final document, that is, the post specification and the post operation instruction.This project adopts the research method which combines the theory discussion with the practice research.First of all, in the project implementation process, through a variety of methods to collect post information.Secondly, through the application of multiple data indicators, quantitative statistics and analysis of department and post information.Finally, according to the principle of comprehensive use of various standards, the main basis and standards of department division, post setting and personnel arrangement are applied and developed.This is also the innovation of this study.The research on job analysis and application of FR Company is a beneficial attempt after the author has studied through MBA theory and combined with his experience in human resource management for many years.The research results of this project reveal that job analysis plays an important role not only in the construction of enterprise human resources, but also in the construction of enterprise post system.It is hoped that the research results will not only provide a reference for job analysis and job optimization, but also provide useful help for the practice of the same type of enterprises.
