全球價值下我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)升級路徑與對策研究

【摘要】:汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)屬于典型的技術(shù)資本密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),涉及的關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)很多,是國民經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。盡管我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,但在發(fā)展汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的過程中還面臨著很多問題,與發(fā)達國家汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)相比仍有一定的差距,在全球價值鏈上仍處于低附加值環(huán)節(jié),研發(fā)與設(shè)計環(huán)節(jié)和營銷與銷售環(huán)節(jié)等高附加值環(huán)節(jié)仍舊控制在發(fā)達國家手中。因此,我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)必須實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級,才能在這激烈的市場競爭中占有一席之地。本文以汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)作為研究對象,通過運用全球價值鏈的驅(qū)動模式理論、創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動理論來分析我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)如何實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級。這對指導(dǎo)我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)升級具有一定的現(xiàn)實和理論意義。 文章首行通過運用SWOT分析得出近年來我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,,但在發(fā)展的過程中還是面臨著諸于品牌認知度、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量與安全性能、研發(fā)技術(shù)薄弱、生產(chǎn)規(guī)模與集中度的問題,外部還存在著政策與國際化經(jīng)營的種種威脅,汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)極需升級,通過對汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)進行分析之后,提出了我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的路徑就是成功的實現(xiàn)功能升級,即從低附加值環(huán)節(jié)向兩端高附加值環(huán)節(jié)攀升。即向左從注重生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)向研發(fā)、發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)計環(huán)節(jié)攀升,向右從生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)向營銷與銷售環(huán)節(jié)。 接下來文章就如何實現(xiàn)功能升級提出了一條基于創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動的升級路徑,在這種路徑之下,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和制度創(chuàng)新都對汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)實現(xiàn)功能升級具有推動作用。通過結(jié)合技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、制度創(chuàng)新和集群創(chuàng)新這三個方面的創(chuàng)新來實現(xiàn)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的功能升級。 文章最后針對汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的路徑從技術(shù)層面、集群層面和制度層面提出了有針對性的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)功能升級策略,技術(shù)層面就是要求企業(yè)在進行產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的過程中要夯實技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、在現(xiàn)有的能源壓力下大力發(fā)展新能源汽車,同時,企業(yè)還要不斷的創(chuàng)新商業(yè)模式,以一種新的形式來參與企業(yè)競爭。企業(yè)在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的過程中都離不開資金的需要,這就要求企業(yè)和政府能夠提供研發(fā)資金。制度層面即為了支持汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,必須擁有相關(guān)的制度保障,法律法規(guī)保障政策,解除企業(yè)的后故之憂。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群式發(fā)展,獲取集群優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Automobile industry is a typical technology capital-intensive industry, which involves many associated enterprises and is the pillar industry of national economy.Despite the rapid development of the automobile industry in China, there are still many problems in the process of developing the automobile industry. Compared with the automobile industry in developed countries, there is still a certain gap between China and the developed countries, and it is still in the low value-added link in the global value chain.High-value-added links such as R & D and design and marketing and sales remain in the hands of developed countries.Therefore, China's auto industry must achieve industrial upgrading, in order to occupy a place in the fierce market competition.This article takes the automobile industry as the research object, through the use of the driving mode theory of global value chain, innovation driving theory to analyze how to realize the upgrading of the automobile industry in our country.It is of practical and theoretical significance to guide the upgrading of China's automobile industry.Through the analysis of SWOT, the first line of this paper draws a conclusion that the automobile industry in China has developed rapidly in recent years, but in the process of development, it still faces the problems of brand recognition, product quality and safety performance, weak R & D technology, production scale and concentration.There are still various threats of policy and international operation on the outside. The automobile industry needs to be upgraded very much. After analyzing the automobile industry, the paper points out that the way to upgrade the automobile industry in our country is to successfully realize the functional upgrading.That is, from low value-added links to both ends of high value-added links climb.That is, to the left from the focus on production to research and development, found that the design link climbed, to the right from the production link to marketing and sales links.Then this paper puts forward an innovation-driven upgrade path, under which technological innovation, industrial cluster and institutional innovation can promote the realization of functional upgrading in automobile industry.Through the combination of technological innovation, institutional innovation and cluster innovation to achieve the functional upgrading of the automobile industry.Finally, aiming at the path of automobile industry upgrading, the paper puts forward the targeted strategy of auto industry function upgrading from the technical level, the cluster level and the system level.The technical aspect is to require enterprises to consolidate technological innovation in the process of industrial upgrading, to vigorously develop new energy vehicles under the existing energy pressure, and at the same time, to constantly innovate business models.Take part in a new form of competition.In the process of technological innovation, enterprises are inseparable from the need of funds, which requires enterprises and governments to provide R & D funds.In order to support the development of automobile industry, the institutional level must have the relevant system guarantee, laws and regulations safeguard policy, relieve the enterprise after the worry.Industrial cluster can realize the cluster development of automobile industry and gain the advantage of cluster.
