【摘要】：正兒童玩具不同于一般的物品,是一種較為特殊的敏感性產(chǎn)品。近幾年世界各國以保護(hù)兒童安全為由,不斷出臺(tái)更加嚴(yán)厲的技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘措施,提高了對(duì)兒童玩具的安全和管控要求,我國玩具行業(yè)正經(jīng)受嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)。根據(jù)質(zhì)檢總局公布的數(shù)據(jù),2014年我國有36.1%的出口企業(yè)受到國外技術(shù)性貿(mào)易措施不同程度的影響;全年出口貿(mào)易直接損失755.2億美元,比2013年增加93.2億美元,占同期
[Abstract]:Children's toy is a special sensitive product, which is different from other products.In recent years, countries all over the world to protect the safety of children, continue to introduce more severe technical barriers to trade measures, improve the safety and control requirements for children's toys, the toy industry in China is undergoing a severe test.According to the data released by AQSIQ, in 2014, 36.1% of Chinese export enterprises were affected by foreign technical trade measures to varying degrees; in the whole year, the direct loss of export trade was $75.52 billion, an increase of $9.32 billion over 2013, accounting for the same period.
