【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化和科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代物流管理已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)降低成本、創(chuàng)造利潤、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的新途徑。物流成本管理就是通過以成本控制為手段,對物流相關(guān)費(fèi)用進(jìn)行的計(jì)劃、協(xié)調(diào)與控制。太古漆油公司作為知名的化工企業(yè),在物流成本控制方面存在著很多問題。隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,這些問題就變得更加明顯。對于太古漆油公司來說,進(jìn)行物流成本控制是現(xiàn)今需要解決的重要問題之一。 論文從企業(yè)物流成本、企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程再造、企業(yè)物流成本控制的相關(guān)理論角度出發(fā),首先對太古漆油公司原來物流流程進(jìn)行了分析,并從供應(yīng)、銷售、生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)中產(chǎn)生的物流成本角度探討了太古漆油公司物流成本控制存在的問題。其次論文分別從供應(yīng)、銷售流程、生產(chǎn)流程中物流成本控制這三個(gè)大的角度出發(fā),深入探討了太古漆油公司基于BPR物流流程再造思想和方法的一系列物流成本控制方案。最后論文對物流成本控制方案應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行簡單介紹,并且按照組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、制度完善方面分析了流程再造方案應(yīng)用的具體步驟,并簡單介紹了倉庫自動(dòng)化、管理系統(tǒng)整合、會(huì)計(jì)核算體系輔助方案的應(yīng)用情況,最后從供產(chǎn)銷流程方面分析了應(yīng)用前后的成本變化情況。論文的研究皆基于對太古漆油公司實(shí)際的研究,因此相信應(yīng)對國內(nèi)其他化工企業(yè)的物流成本控制有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of economy and the rapid development of science and technology, modern logistics management has become a new way for enterprises to reduce costs, create profits and improve economic benefits.Logistics cost management is to plan, coordinate and control logistics related expenses by means of cost control.As a well-known chemical enterprise, Swire lacquer Oil Company has many problems in logistics cost control.As the scale of the enterprise expands, these problems become more obvious.For Swire Oil Company, logistics cost control is one of the important problems to be solved.From the perspective of logistics cost, business process reengineering and logistics cost control, the paper first analyzes the original logistics process of Swire paint Oil Company, and analyzes the original logistics process of Swire lacquer Oil Company from the point of view of supply and sale.The problem of logistics cost control in Swire lacquer Oil Company is discussed from the point of view of logistics cost.Secondly, this paper discusses a series of logistics cost control schemes based on BPR logistics process reengineering idea and method in Swire Oil Company from the three aspects of supply, sales process and logistics cost control in production process.Finally, the paper simply introduces the application of logistics cost control scheme, and analyzes the concrete steps of the application of the process reengineering scheme according to the organizational structure design and system improvement, and introduces the warehouse automation, management system integration.Finally, the paper analyzes the change of cost before and after application from the aspect of supply and marketing process.The research of this paper is based on the actual research of Swire paint Oil Company, so it is believed that the logistics cost control of other chemical enterprises in China should be used for reference.
