【摘要】：河南省地處中原,農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)達(dá),作為糧食大省的同時(shí)也成為了中國的速凍食品第一省。在龍頭企業(yè)的帶領(lǐng)下,不斷涌現(xiàn)出一批批中小型速凍食品企業(yè),但是隨著行業(yè)內(nèi)部競爭加劇,速凍食品企業(yè)之間呈現(xiàn)出激烈的白熾化競爭狀態(tài),價(jià)格戰(zhàn)隨處可見。河南省速凍食品行業(yè)發(fā)展速度開始放緩,因此當(dāng)務(wù)之急就是要找出河南省速凍食品行業(yè)的發(fā)展問題,及時(shí)予以解決,打造自己的核心競爭力,繼續(xù)引領(lǐng)整個(gè)速凍食品行業(yè)的發(fā)展。 本文首先介紹了該項(xiàng)研究的背景,意義及研究的思路和方法,同時(shí)梳理了行業(yè)發(fā)展方面的研究情況以及食品行業(yè)的相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀,從而找出本項(xiàng)研究的切入點(diǎn),即對(duì)于速凍食品的行業(yè)環(huán)境和河南省速凍食品企業(yè)自身兩個(gè)大方向進(jìn)行研究。在梳理了相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀之后,接著分析了河南省速凍食品行業(yè)的發(fā)展以及現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而從多個(gè)角度對(duì)當(dāng)前的河南省速凍食品行業(yè)形勢進(jìn)行分析,并找出了存在的問題：行業(yè)整體環(huán)境問題,行業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)自身發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題以及河南省速凍食品行業(yè)分銷渠道問題,從而得出了我們需要向國外速凍食品行業(yè)較發(fā)達(dá)的國家進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)。進(jìn)而又分析了速凍食品行業(yè)比較發(fā)達(dá)的美國和日本,通過分析他們的發(fā)展過程和現(xiàn)狀,找出了他們的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)和啟示,指明了對(duì)我們河南省速凍食品行業(yè)進(jìn)行改革的啟示和借鑒。在了解河南省速凍食品行業(yè)需要從哪些方面進(jìn)行調(diào)整和改變之后,本文提出了自己對(duì)于河南省速凍食品行業(yè)能夠更好發(fā)展的建議和對(duì)策：豐富產(chǎn)品種類、直接與消費(fèi)者溝通、發(fā)展快餐業(yè)、開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷、實(shí)行“產(chǎn)地銷”模式等等。希望本文提出的這些建議能夠?qū)幽鲜∷賰鍪称沸袠I(yè)未來的發(fā)展有一定的積極意義。
[Abstract]:Henan Province is located in the Central Plains and developed in agriculture. As a big grain province, Henan Province has also become the first province of frozen food in China at the same time.Under the leadership of leading enterprises, batch of small and medium-sized frozen food enterprises have been emerging, but with the intensification of competition within the industry, the fierce competition between frozen food enterprises presents a fierce state of incandescent competition, and price wars can be seen everywhere.The speed of the development of the frozen food industry in Henan Province has begun to slow down. Therefore, it is imperative to find out the development problems of the frozen food industry in Henan Province, to solve them in a timely manner, and to build their own core competitiveness.Continue to lead the development of the whole frozen food industry.This paper first introduces the background, significance and research ideas and methods of the research, at the same time combing the research situation of the industry development and food industry research status, so as to find out the breakthrough point of this research.Namely, the industry environment of frozen food and the two main directions of Henan province quick frozen food enterprises are studied.After combing the relevant research status, then analyzed the development and current situation of the frozen food industry in Henan Province, and then analyzed the current situation of the frozen food industry in Henan Province from a number of angles.And found out the existing problems: the industry as a whole environmental problems, the development strategy of enterprises in the industry and Henan Province frozen food industry distribution channels,Thus we need to learn from the more developed countries in the frozen food industry abroad.And then analyzed the United States and Japan, where the frozen food industry is relatively developed, and through the analysis of their development process and current situation, found out their development experience and enlightenment.It points out the inspiration and reference to the reform of frozen food industry in Henan Province.After understanding which aspects of the frozen food industry in Henan Province should be adjusted and changed, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the better development of the frozen food industry in Henan Province: enriching the product types, communicating directly with consumers,Develop fast food industry, carry out network marketing, implement "origin marketing" model and so on.It is hoped that these suggestions can be helpful to the future development of frozen food industry in Henan Province.
