【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下,廣西制糖行業(yè)機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,集團(tuán)化的發(fā)展使得企業(yè)具備了規(guī)模優(yōu)勢(shì),但同時(shí)亦面臨著集團(tuán)管理和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。隨著中國(guó)—東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)日益完善,作為中國(guó)制糖業(yè)的主要力量—廣西制糖企業(yè)如何整合企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源、充分利用國(guó)際市場(chǎng)提高行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力成為當(dāng)前值得研究的重要課題。 本論文基于廣西南華糖業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理基本理論和PEST、五力分析等工具,對(duì)其宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析。依托SWOT分析方法,研究廣西南華糖業(yè)當(dāng)前擁有的主要優(yōu)勢(shì)：規(guī)模效益、市場(chǎng)份額高和綜合利用好,分析直面的主要機(jī)遇：鼓勵(lì)集團(tuán)規(guī)模發(fā)展、實(shí)施經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展走出去戰(zhàn)略和中國(guó)—東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)發(fā)展契機(jī),研究存在的主要劣勢(shì)：原料發(fā)展壓力大和國(guó)際核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng),分析面臨的主要威脅：進(jìn)口食糖擠壓市場(chǎng)和替代品市場(chǎng)威脅。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,列舉SWOT矩陣為廣西南華糖業(yè)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略匹配與抉擇,試制定未來(lái)五年發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提出其應(yīng)確定一體化戰(zhàn)略為總體實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略,并積極實(shí)施循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)、成本領(lǐng)先和國(guó)際聯(lián)盟等業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略。此外,論文還針對(duì)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施策劃了規(guī)模擴(kuò)張、綜合利用、技改升級(jí)和跨國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)等具體策略,并提出了組織保障、文化保障和資源保障等支撐措施。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, Guangxi sugar industry has both opportunities and challenges. The development of collectivization makes enterprises have the advantage of scale, but they also face the risk of group management and international competition.With the consummation of China-ASEAN Free Trade area, as the main force of China's sugar industry, how to integrate the enterprise's internal resources and make full use of the international market to improve the competitiveness of the industry has become an important issue worth studying at present.Based on the present situation of sugar industry in Nanhua of Guangxi, this paper analyzes the macro environment, industry environment and competition environment by using the basic theory of strategic management and the tools of pest and five forces analysis.Based on the SWOT analysis method, this paper studies the main advantages of the sugar industry in Nanhua, Guangxi: scale benefit, high market share and comprehensive utilization, and analyzes the main opportunities to face the problem: encouraging the development of the group scale.The main disadvantages of the research on the implementation of the strategy of economic development going global and the development opportunity of China-ASEAN Free Trade area are: the pressure of raw material development is great and the international core competitiveness is not strong.Analysis of the main threats: import sugar squeeze market and substitute market threats.On this basis, this paper enumerates the SWOT matrix to make strategic matching and choice for the sugar industry of Nanhua in Guangxi, tries to draw up the development strategy for the next five years, and puts forward that the integration strategy should be determined as the overall implementation strategy, and the circular economy should be actively implemented.Cost leading and League of Nations and other business strategies.In addition, the paper also plans specific strategies for the implementation of the strategy, such as scale expansion, comprehensive utilization, technical upgrading and transnational management, and puts forward supporting measures such as organizational security, cultural security and resource security.
