【摘要】：改革開放以來,經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展引發(fā)了消費結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷深化,高端化的需求成為越來越多消費者的選擇。成都在我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)版圖中占有重要地位,其獨特的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、強大的市場輻射能力以及產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展模式吸引了一大批整車龍頭企業(yè)。其中龍泉驛區(qū)在發(fā)展汽車高端產(chǎn)業(yè)方面具有的政策以及區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,使得對龍泉驛區(qū)的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)高端化模式進行研究具有重要的實踐意義。在此背景下,本文將對龍泉驛區(qū)(成都經(jīng)開區(qū))汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)高端化的模式進行研究,為成都打造西部經(jīng)濟核心增長極及中國西部國際汽車城提出有價值的建議。本文首先從理論分析入手,對汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)律以及汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)高端化的概念進行分析,然后對比國內(nèi)外汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)高端化發(fā)展的一般模式。然后,以龍泉驛區(qū)為例,研究龍泉驛區(qū)在既定發(fā)展格局之下所面臨的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展環(huán)境,采用SWOT分析法,對其汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)高端化進行內(nèi)部環(huán)境以及外部環(huán)境分析。再次,結(jié)合龍泉驛區(qū)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)高端化的環(huán)境分析,從整車制造業(yè)、零部件制造業(yè)、汽車貿(mào)易集聚、汽車文化娛樂、汽車研發(fā)創(chuàng)新以及汽車金融增值等角度對汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃進行研究。最后,研究結(jié)合相關(guān)的理論以及環(huán)境分析,提出適合龍泉驛區(qū)推進汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)高端化發(fā)展的策略,包括:堅持頂層設(shè)計、完善汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)高端化發(fā)展規(guī)劃;堅持適度超前,全面夯實汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)高端化發(fā)展載體;堅持自主創(chuàng)新,著力培育汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)高端化競爭優(yōu)勢;增強汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)化人才支撐;優(yōu)化環(huán)境,提高成本優(yōu)勢等對策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of the economy has led to the deepening of the consumption structure, high-end demand has become the choice of more and more consumers.Chengdu occupies an important position in the automobile industry of our country, its unique location advantage, strong market radiation ability and industrial cluster development pattern have attracted a large number of automobile leading enterprises.The policy and location advantage of Longquanyi District in the development of high-end automobile industry makes it of great practical significance to study the high-end mode of automobile industry in Longquanyi District.Under this background, this article will carry on the research to the Longquanyi district (Chengdu Jingkai district) the automobile industry high-end pattern, for Chengdu to create the western economic core growth pole and the China western international automobile city to put forward the valuable suggestion.This paper begins with the theoretical analysis, analyzes the development law of automobile industry and the concept of high-end automobile industry, and then compares the general pattern of high-end development of automobile industry at home and abroad.Then, taking Longquanyi district as an example, the paper studies the development environment of automobile industry in Longquanyi district under the established development pattern, and analyzes the internal and external environment of the high-end automobile industry by using SWOT analysis method.Thirdly, combined with the environment analysis of the high-end automobile industry in Longquanyi District, from the automobile manufacturing industry, the parts manufacturing industry, the automobile trade agglomeration, the automobile culture entertainment,The strategic planning of automobile industry is studied from the angle of automobile R & D innovation and auto financial increment.Finally, combined with the relevant theory and environmental analysis, the paper puts forward the strategy to promote the high-end development of automobile industry in Longquanyi District, including: adhere to the top-level design, perfect the high-end development plan of the automobile industry; adhere to the moderate advance,It is necessary to consolidate the carrier of the high-end development of automobile industry, persist in independent innovation, cultivate the competitive advantage of high-end automobile industry, strengthen the talent support of automobile industrialization, optimize the environment and raise the cost advantage, and so on.
