【摘要】：大多數(shù)生鮮乳收購站的選址都缺少決策理論依據(jù),選址的隨意性很強,而且在評價選址方案的過程中缺少綜合評價方法。這就使許多錯誤的決策被做出,從而帶來許多無法彌補的損失。本文介紹了鮮奶配送中心選址的相關(guān)理論研究的內(nèi)容與研究的方法,以肇東市H奶站鮮奶配送中心的選址優(yōu)化為案例,介紹了企業(yè)的主營業(yè)務,經(jīng)營特色及市場定位。對肇東市H奶站鮮奶配送中心的選址案例進行了定性與定量分析,根據(jù)肇東的實際情況對生鮮乳收購站選址的原則及所利用的目標規(guī)劃模型,對于鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)級生鮮乳收購站的選址問題進行研究最后,提出了本文的結(jié)論,選址方案要用科學的評價方法來評價,生鮮乳配送中心的優(yōu)化選址應該建立在科學的方法和嚴密的理論依據(jù)基礎上,為生鮮乳收購站的標準化建設提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Most of the locations of raw and fresh milk purchasing stations are lack of theoretical basis of decision, the randomness of location selection is very strong, and there is a lack of comprehensive evaluation method in the process of evaluating the site selection scheme.This results in many wrong decisions being made, resulting in irreparable losses.This paper introduces the contents and methods of theoretical research on the location of fresh milk distribution center. Taking the optimization of the location of fresh milk distribution center of H dairy station in Zhaodong as an example, this paper introduces the main business, management characteristics and market orientation of the enterprise.The selection of fresh milk distribution center of H dairy station in Zhaodong City is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. According to the actual situation of Zhaodong, the principle of selecting the location of fresh milk purchasing station and the target programming model used are analyzed.Finally, the conclusion of this paper is put forward that the site selection scheme should be evaluated by scientific evaluation method.The optimal location selection of raw milk distribution center should be based on scientific methods and strict theoretical basis, and provide a certain reference for the standardization construction of raw milk purchasing station.
