【摘要】：在激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境中，制造企業(yè)要想求得更好的生存和發(fā)展，必須努力降低成本、提高運(yùn)營效率，不斷打造自身的核心競爭實(shí)力。企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程再造正是基于競爭環(huán)境的變化、適應(yīng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展需求所形成一種全新的管理理論，是幫助企業(yè)改善經(jīng)營績效、實(shí)現(xiàn)變革的有效方法。 本文以制造型G企業(yè)為例，以業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的理論方法為基礎(chǔ)，詳細(xì)介紹了企業(yè)有效實(shí)施業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的方法過程，可以為其他類似企業(yè)進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造工作起到借鑒意義。 在提出問題方面：文中首先指出了論文的選題背景及研究意義，然后詳細(xì)介紹了業(yè)務(wù)流程再造理論的概念、起源和研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，使大家對論文的選題和業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的相關(guān)知識能夠有個初步的認(rèn)識。 在分析問題方面：文中首先基于企業(yè)自身角度出發(fā)，，從G企業(yè)的概況、流程現(xiàn)狀、業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的必要性和迫切性、再造的目標(biāo)及再造的方式選擇幾個方面，對G企業(yè)進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造做了基本分析；然后采取理論介紹和實(shí)際應(yīng)用相結(jié)合的方式，通過價值鏈和績效重要性矩陣分析方法，識別出了企業(yè)需要再造的關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)流程。 在解決問題方面：文中以識別出的企業(yè)關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)流程作為再造對象，通過價值分析、時間動作研究及頭腦風(fēng)暴法的綜合運(yùn)用，對原有的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了評估分析并提出了業(yè)務(wù)流程再造設(shè)計(jì)的方案，通過再造前后的對比分析指出了再造的效果。最后，文中詳細(xì)介紹了G企業(yè)得以成功有效實(shí)施業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的保障體系，總結(jié)了全文。
[Abstract]:In the fierce market competition environment, if manufacturing enterprises want to seek better survival and development, they must strive to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and constantly build their own core competitive strength.Business process reengineering (BPR) is a new management theory based on the change of competitive environment and adapting to the development needs of enterprises. It is an effective method to help enterprises improve their business performance and realize the change.Based on the theory and method of business process reengineering (BPR), this paper introduces in detail the effective implementation of BPR in manufacturing G enterprise, which can be used as a reference for other similar enterprises to carry out BPR.In the aspect of raising questions: firstly, this paper points out the background and significance of this thesis, then introduces the concept, origin and development of BPR theory in detail.So that we can have a preliminary understanding of topics and business process reengineering related knowledge.In the analysis of the problems: firstly, based on the enterprise's own perspective, from the G enterprise's general situation, process status, the necessity and urgency of business process reengineering, the goal of reengineering and the way of reengineering several aspects.The basic analysis of business process reengineering (BPR) in G enterprise is made, and then the key business processes that need reengineering are identified by the method of value chain analysis and performance importance matrix analysis by combining theoretical introduction with practical application.In the aspect of solving problems: the key business process identified in this paper is used as the reengineering object, through value analysis, time action research and the comprehensive application of brainstorming method,This paper evaluates and analyzes the original business process and puts forward the design scheme of the business process reengineering, and points out the effect of the reengineering through the comparative analysis before and after the reengineering.Finally, this paper introduces the guarantee system of business process reengineering (BPR) for G enterprise in detail, and summarizes the whole paper.
