【摘要】：論文以北京奔馳汽車有限公司汽車零部件庫存為研究對象,主要從庫存現(xiàn)狀分析、庫存管理問題概括以及庫存管理策略的改進(jìn)三方面進(jìn)行庫存管理研究。論文主要是目的是為企業(yè)構(gòu)建一個(gè)有效的零部件庫存管理體系。論文首先介紹了企業(yè)零部件庫存管理現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析并總結(jié)了企業(yè)在零部件庫存管理中存在的五大問題：零部件庫存管理組織效率低、需求預(yù)測準(zhǔn)確率低、庫存管理中職責(zé)明確度低、企業(yè)庫存量大、缺乏與供應(yīng)商之間的協(xié)作意識(shí)。針對北京奔馳汽車有限公司庫存管理存在的問題,通過采用不同的庫管理策略進(jìn)行改進(jìn),使企業(yè)庫存管理更加科學(xué)。最后結(jié)合供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下庫存管理理念,從內(nèi)部庫存控制和外部庫存管理兩方面,提出具體的庫存管理改進(jìn)建議,分別從完善庫存管理機(jī)構(gòu)及職能定位、零部件消耗需求規(guī)律改進(jìn)、庫存分類管理辦法改進(jìn)、采取有針對的庫存管理辦法以及創(chuàng)建虛擬聯(lián)合庫存管理模式方面,為企業(yè)庫存優(yōu)化提供改進(jìn)依據(jù)和指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the inventory of automobile parts of Beijing Benz Automobile Co., Ltd as the research object, mainly carries on the inventory management research from the inventory present situation analysis, the inventory management question summary and the inventory management strategy improvement.The main purpose of this paper is to build an effective part inventory management system for enterprises.Firstly, the paper introduces the present situation of enterprise spare parts inventory management, and then analyzes and summarizes the five problems existing in the management of spare parts inventory: the organization efficiency of spare parts inventory management is low, and the accuracy of demand prediction is low.In inventory management, the responsibility is low, the enterprise inventory is large, and the cooperation consciousness with suppliers is lacking.Aiming at the problems existing in the inventory management of Beijing Benz Automobile Co., Ltd., by adopting different storehouse management strategies to improve the inventory management, the enterprise inventory management is more scientific.Finally, combined with the concept of inventory management in the supply chain environment, from the internal inventory control and external inventory management, put forward specific suggestions for improving inventory management, respectively from the improvement of inventory management institutions and functional positioning.The improvement of demand law of spare parts consumption, the improvement of inventory classification management method, the adoption of targeted inventory management method and the establishment of virtual joint inventory management model provide the basis and guidance for the optimization of enterprise inventory.
