廣西制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:我國是典型的制造業(yè)大國,制造業(yè)作為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)總產(chǎn)值中占很大比例,但我國制造業(yè)行業(yè)存在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈短附加值低的現(xiàn)象。而造成這種現(xiàn)象的主要原因在于制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)、分銷環(huán)節(jié)中物流業(yè)的缺失以及制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)的互動不足。因此為提高行業(yè)綜合競爭力,使我國由“制造大國”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤爸圃鞆?qiáng)國”,必須優(yōu)化制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展環(huán)境,加速產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級,促進(jìn)制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)實現(xiàn)協(xié)同發(fā)展。 首先,在研究協(xié)同發(fā)展相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,分別對廣西制造業(yè)、物流業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及兩大產(chǎn)業(yè)的協(xié)同現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。 其次,運(yùn)用復(fù)合系統(tǒng)協(xié)同度模型對2005-2012廣西制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)協(xié)同度進(jìn)行了實證分析,分析結(jié)果表明兩者的協(xié)同發(fā)展一直處于較低的水平,而且隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展,兩大產(chǎn)業(yè)復(fù)合系統(tǒng)將一直處于動態(tài)的過程中,因此政府必須要從長遠(yuǎn)角度建立一套長效機(jī)制。通過DEA模型對2001-2012年廣西制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)協(xié)同效率進(jìn)行了分析,結(jié)果表明除了2012年以外,其余年份廣西制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)的協(xié)同都是無效的,主要體現(xiàn)在:第一,廣西物流業(yè)在先進(jìn)設(shè)備、技術(shù)以及管理方法上與制造業(yè)所需求的物流業(yè)存在著較大的差距,無法滿足快速發(fā)展制造業(yè)的需求;第二,制造業(yè)的物流外包釋放不夠;第三,制造業(yè)對物流業(yè)大規(guī)模投資建設(shè)方式不正確,不僅會造成資源浪費(fèi),還會導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)出減少,應(yīng)該轉(zhuǎn)向集約式發(fā)展模式。 最后,針對廣西制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)不協(xié)同的現(xiàn)狀提出了建議,主要包括:從政府角度,要進(jìn)行觀念和政策引導(dǎo)并構(gòu)建協(xié)同發(fā)展長效機(jī)制;從制造業(yè)企業(yè)角度,要轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)觀念開展多層次的物流業(yè)務(wù)外包、建立有效的物流外包管理體系;從物流業(yè)企業(yè)角度,物流行業(yè)要提升服務(wù)能力,不同類型的物流企業(yè)應(yīng)該提供不同類型的服務(wù);從兩大產(chǎn)業(yè)互動的角度,要依托制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群加快物流業(yè)集群的建設(shè)、推動制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)企業(yè)內(nèi)部的信息化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:China is a typical large manufacturing country. As the pillar industry of our national economy, manufacturing industry accounts for a large proportion of the total national economic output value. However, the manufacturing industry in China has the phenomenon of low short added value of industry chain.The main causes of this phenomenon are the lack of logistics in manufacturing, distribution and the lack of interaction between manufacturing and logistics.Therefore, in order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the industry and transform our country from a "manufacturing country" to a "manufacturing power", it is necessary to optimize the coordinated development environment between manufacturing and logistics industry, accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure, and promote the coordinated development of manufacturing and logistics industry.First of all, on the basis of studying the related theories of cooperative development, this paper analyzes the present situation of Guangxi manufacturing industry, logistics industry and the cooperation status of the two major industries respectively.Secondly, the collaborative degree of Guangxi manufacturing industry and logistics industry in 2005-2012 is empirically analyzed by using the composite system synergy model. The results show that the cooperative development of the two systems has always been at a lower level, and with the development of economy and society,The two industrial composite systems will always be in the dynamic process, so the government must establish a long-term mechanism from a long-term perspective.This paper analyzes the synergy efficiency between manufacturing and logistics industry in Guangxi from 2001 to 2012 by using DEA model. The results show that the synergy between manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Guangxi is ineffective except in 2012. The main results are as follows: first,There is a big gap between Guangxi logistics industry and the logistics industry in terms of advanced equipment, technology and management methods, which can not meet the demand of rapid development of manufacturing industry; second, the logistics outsourcing of manufacturing industry is not enough; third,The incorrect way of large-scale investment and construction of manufacturing industry in logistics industry will not only cause waste of resources, but also lead to the reduction of output. Therefore, the mode of intensive development should be turned to.Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the current situation of disharmony between manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Guangxi, mainly including: from the angle of government, to guide the concept and policy and to construct the long-term mechanism of coordinated development;In order to change the traditional concept of multi-level logistics outsourcing and establish an effective logistics outsourcing management system, different types of logistics enterprises should provide different types of services from the point of view of logistics enterprises.From the point of view of the interaction between the two industries, it is necessary to speed up the construction of the logistics industry cluster by relying on the manufacturing industry cluster, and to promote the informatization construction within the manufacturing and logistics enterprises.
