基于遺傳算法的A企業(yè)銷售物流運(yùn)輸模式的優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:由于中國(guó)的鋼鐵生產(chǎn)企業(yè)與消費(fèi)地一般情況下距離很遠(yuǎn),導(dǎo)致鋼鐵企業(yè)在長(zhǎng)距離的預(yù)定式物流模式下,物流費(fèi)用居高不下。A企業(yè)是一家鋼鐵生產(chǎn)企業(yè),地處華北內(nèi)陸城市,而其需求市場(chǎng)集中大部分在東北、華南地區(qū),其鋼鐵產(chǎn)品主要依靠鐵路,運(yùn)輸?shù)礁鱾(gè)需求下游企業(yè),物流成本高出行業(yè)內(nèi)擁有水路條件的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。高昂的物流成本,使得A企業(yè)面臨著巨大的成本壓力,大大削弱了自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文針對(duì)A企業(yè)銷售物流運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)狀,提出了A企業(yè)銷售物流運(yùn)輸模式優(yōu)化,并且系統(tǒng)的分析了運(yùn)輸過程中的各類影響因素,建立了多式聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)輸虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖。通過分析可知,銷售物流運(yùn)輸模式的優(yōu)化研究,實(shí)際上是研究運(yùn)輸虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖中,各城市節(jié)點(diǎn)間運(yùn)輸路線和運(yùn)輸方式的組合優(yōu)化問題。論文在充分考慮A企業(yè)鋼鐵產(chǎn)品運(yùn)輸過程中運(yùn)輸時(shí)間和運(yùn)輸成本的問題后,建立了A企業(yè)銷售物流運(yùn)輸模式優(yōu)化模型,并用遺傳算法對(duì)該模型的目標(biāo)函數(shù)求得最優(yōu)解。本文從整體上對(duì)A企業(yè)銷售物流模式中的運(yùn)輸方式和運(yùn)輸路線的選擇進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,得出多式聯(lián)運(yùn)方案,為A企業(yè)制定運(yùn)輸方案提供了決策參考,從而節(jié)省了運(yùn)輸成本,提高物流運(yùn)輸效率,進(jìn)而提高了A企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Due to the distance between the iron and steel production enterprises in China and the place of consumption in general, the iron and steel enterprises are located in the inland cities of North China in the long distance predetermined logistics mode, the logistics costs of which are high. A enterprise is an iron and steel production enterprise, which is located in the inland city of North China.Its demand market is concentrated mostly in Northeast and South China, its steel products mainly rely on the railway, transport to the downstream enterprises of each demand, the logistics cost is higher than the production enterprises with waterway condition in the industry.The high logistics cost makes A enterprise face huge cost pressure, greatly weakened its own competitiveness.In view of the current situation of sales logistics transportation in enterprise A, this paper puts forward the optimization of transportation mode of sales logistics in enterprise A, and systematically analyzes all kinds of influencing factors in the process of transportation, and establishes the virtual network diagram of multimodal transport.Through the analysis, we can know that the research on the optimization of the transportation mode of the sales logistics is actually to study the combination optimization of the transportation route and the transportation mode among the nodes in the virtual network of transportation.After considering the transportation time and transportation cost in the transportation process of iron and steel products in enterprise A, the optimization model of transportation mode of sales logistics for A enterprise is established, and the optimal solution is obtained by using genetic algorithm to obtain the objective function of the model.This paper optimizes the choice of transportation mode and route in A enterprise's sales logistics mode, and obtains the multimodal transport scheme, which provides a decision reference for A enterprise to make transportation plan, thus saving transportation cost.Improve the efficiency of logistics transportation, and then improve the economic benefits of enterprise A.
