【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化和信息技術的快速發(fā)展,行業(yè)之間的競爭日益激烈,在家電行業(yè),產(chǎn)品利潤愈加微薄而透明,但是客戶的要求越來越高,怎樣在保證質(zhì)量的前提下,有效降低成本,成為各家電企業(yè)必須面對的問題,尤其是類似AUX空調(diào)這樣憑借低成本策略發(fā)展壯大的企業(yè),如何引進和扶持一批優(yōu)秀的供應商成為長期戰(zhàn)略合作的伙伴就顯得尤為重要。 本文的主要目的是通過對寧波AUX空調(diào)公司這樣一家在業(yè)內(nèi)較為優(yōu)秀的民營企業(yè)供應商質(zhì)量管理案例,,歸納提煉出一套具備實際應用價值的供應商質(zhì)量管理程序和辦法。本文首先簡要剖析了家電行業(yè)供應商質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀,提出了供應商質(zhì)量管理研究的重要性,回顧了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,而后結(jié)合理論,并輔以現(xiàn)場調(diào)研,對AUX空調(diào)公司現(xiàn)有的供應商質(zhì)量管理體系進行了研究,總結(jié)了AUX在供應商質(zhì)量管理方面的成功經(jīng)驗和方式方法,特別對供應商選擇、日常質(zhì)量管理及績效管理進行了較為詳細的闡述,對其中的優(yōu)勢和劣勢進行分析和研究,并提出了很多建設性的建議,最后對供應商質(zhì)量管理進行總結(jié):在供應鏈管理環(huán)境下,采購方與供方只有合作,才能互利共贏,對于采購方,供方的選擇至關重要,同時,采購方要特別注重對供應商管理的前移,增強對供應商的扶持,不斷激勵和鼓勵供應商提高解決問題的能力,必須給供應商以合理的利潤空間,引導供應商找到質(zhì)量、成本、交期的最佳平衡點。 本文對于AUX空調(diào)公司供應商質(zhì)量管理模式的探討和應用,對于家電企業(yè)甚至其他行業(yè)的供應商質(zhì)量管理體系建設具有參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the global economic integration and the rapid development of information technology, the competition between industries is becoming increasingly fierce. In the household appliances industry, the profits of products become more meagre and transparent, but the requirements of customers are higher and higher, how to ensure the quality of the premise,Reducing the cost effectively becomes the problem that each household appliance enterprise must face, especially for the enterprise such as AUX air conditioning, which develops and grows with the low cost strategy.How to introduce and support a group of excellent suppliers to become long-term strategic partners is particularly important.The main purpose of this paper is to sum up a set of supplier quality management procedures and methods with practical application value through a case of supplier quality management in Ningbo AUX air conditioning company which is an outstanding private enterprise in the industry.In this paper, the current situation of supplier quality management in household appliances industry is analyzed briefly, the importance of supplier quality management research is put forward, and the research status at home and abroad is reviewed.The existing supplier quality management system of AUX air conditioning company is studied, and the successful experiences and methods of AUX in supplier quality management are summarized, especially for supplier selection.Daily quality management and performance management are described in detail, the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and studied, and a lot of constructive suggestions are put forward. Finally, the supplier quality management is summarized: under the environment of supply chain management,Only if the buyer and the supplier cooperate, can they benefit and win together. It is very important for the purchasing side and the supplier to choose. At the same time, the purchasing party should pay special attention to the forward management of the supplier and strengthen the support to the supplier.Encourage and encourage the supplier to improve the ability to solve the problem, must give the supplier a reasonable profit space, lead the supplier to find the best balance of quality, cost, delivery time.This paper discusses and applies the supplier quality management model of AUX air conditioning company, and has reference value for the construction of supplier quality management system in household appliance enterprises and even other industries.
