中鐵上海工程局集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著我國市場(chǎng)化和國際化改革的不斷深入,建筑市場(chǎng)的開放程度將進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,中國建筑業(yè)企業(yè)必將面臨著更加激烈的市場(chǎng)競爭環(huán)境,由此給企業(yè)帶來發(fā)展機(jī)遇的同時(shí),也給企業(yè)發(fā)展帶來了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。中鐵上海工程局集團(tuán)應(yīng)該如何充分發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì),克服自身劣勢(shì),緊緊抓住建筑業(yè)難得的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,來迎接嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)是本文研究的重點(diǎn)。本文在研究過程中,充分運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理理論,在查閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用PEST分析工具、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等方法,對(duì)企業(yè)所處宏觀環(huán)境和建筑行業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,分析認(rèn)為隨著工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化、市場(chǎng)化、國際化持續(xù)推進(jìn),我國基本建設(shè)規(guī)模仍將持續(xù)擴(kuò)大,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化仍將繼續(xù)深入發(fā)展,今后一個(gè)時(shí)期保持經(jīng)濟(jì)中高速增長有基礎(chǔ)也有條件,為建筑業(yè)“走出去”帶來了更多的機(jī)遇,建筑業(yè)發(fā)展仍處在可以大有作為的重要戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期。但是,由于建筑企業(yè)所處行業(yè)環(huán)境越來越復(fù)雜,客戶需求也日趨多樣化,導(dǎo)致建筑行業(yè)市場(chǎng)競爭越來越激烈,競爭格局也越來越動(dòng)態(tài)化。與此同時(shí),本文也對(duì)內(nèi)部環(huán)境也進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,認(rèn)為中鐵上海工程局集團(tuán)具有專業(yè)技術(shù)和區(qū)位等優(yōu)勢(shì)的同時(shí),也存在資質(zhì)缺乏、子分公司發(fā)展不平衡、技術(shù)研發(fā)能力低等劣勢(shì)。結(jié)合企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的分析,整理出SWOT分析表,提出了中鐵上海工程局集團(tuán)應(yīng)實(shí)施縱向一體化經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略,以實(shí)現(xiàn)把中鐵上海工程局集團(tuán)打造成發(fā)展規(guī)模持續(xù)擴(kuò)張,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益穩(wěn)步增長,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)更加優(yōu)化,管理體系更加科學(xué),員工生活更加富裕,進(jìn)入中國中鐵系統(tǒng)前十的現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)總體目標(biāo)。隨后本文還提出了業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展計(jì)劃。最后,提出了中鐵上海工程局集團(tuán)實(shí)施企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)重點(diǎn)做好的十項(xiàng)保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's marketization and international reform, the opening degree of the construction market will be further expanded, and Chinese construction enterprises will be faced with a more fierce market competition environment, which will bring development opportunities to enterprises at the same time.It also brings severe challenges to the development of enterprises.How to give full play to its own advantages, overcome its disadvantages and seize the rare development opportunities of the construction industry to meet the severe challenges is the focus of this paper.In the course of the research, this paper makes full use of the modern enterprise management theory, on the basis of consulting a lot of documents and materials, makes a systematic analysis of the macro environment and the construction industry environment of the enterprise by using the PEST analysis tool and the statistical analysis method.The analysis shows that with industrialization, information, urbanization, marketization and internationalization, the scale of capital construction in China will continue to expand, and economic globalization will continue to develop in depth.In the future, it will bring more opportunities for the construction industry to "go out", and the development of the construction industry will still be in an important strategic opportunity period in which great achievements can be made.However, because the industry environment of construction enterprises is more and more complex and the customer demand is becoming more and more diversified, the market competition in the construction industry is becoming more and more fierce, and the competition pattern is becoming more and more dynamic.At the same time, this paper also makes a detailed analysis of the internal environment. It is believed that while the China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group has the advantages of professional technology and location, there is also a lack of qualifications, and the development of sub-branches is not balanced.Low technical R & D capability and other disadvantages.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, the SWOT analysis table is put forward, and the vertical integration management strategy is put forward to realize the continuous expansion of the development scale of the CSE Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group.The economic benefits are steadily increasing, the industrial structure is more optimized, the management system is more scientific, the employees' life is more affluent, and the overall goal of entering the top 10 modern enterprises of China Railway system is the overall goal.Subsequently, this paper also proposed a business development plan.Finally, the paper puts forward ten safeguard measures which should be done well in the implementation of the enterprise development strategy of China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau Group.
