【摘要】：我國電力企業(yè)作為一項特殊的公用事業(yè),與中國經濟的發(fā)展密不可分。作為典型的資本密集型行業(yè),電網企業(yè)的發(fā)展與壯大,在很大程度上需要依賴于企業(yè)對設備資產的持續(xù)投資行為。近年來,隨著電網改造速度的加快,電網企業(yè)的設備資產規(guī)模迅速擴大,面對如此迅速增長的設備資產規(guī)模,如何對其進行有效的管理,一直是電網企業(yè)不斷追求的經營管理目標。本文以以S電網公司為背景,對ERP的設備管理模塊及ERP在電網企業(yè)設備資產全壽命周期管理中的實現(xiàn)進行了分析；并用省網公司同業(yè)對標評價指標及國網資產全壽命周期管理結果性評價指標兩項指標對S電網公司實施ERP后的資產管理效果進行論證,兩項指標都證明了ERP的實施提升了電網企業(yè)資產管理水平,實現(xiàn)了電網企業(yè)對設備資產全壽命周期的精細化管理。從本文的研究分析,可以看出ERP系統(tǒng)在電網的實施簡化了業(yè)務流程、實現(xiàn)了企業(yè)資源的優(yōu)化配置、提高了企業(yè)經濟效益。ERP作為一種信息化系統(tǒng),在電網企業(yè)生產運行部門和財務管理部門之間建起了一座信息橋梁,使其共享設備資產信息,讓實物設備的財務價值得到有效管理。電網企業(yè)的建設部門、生產部門和財務部門也可以利用ERP系統(tǒng)提供的信息資源,更好的進行資產設備的規(guī)劃管理、節(jié)約資產成本以及完善設備資產的維護,以實現(xiàn)電網企業(yè)設備資產全壽命管理的要求。
[Abstract]:As a special public utility, electric power enterprises in China are inseparable from the development of Chinese economy.As a typical capital-intensive industry, the development and growth of power grid enterprises depend on the continuous investment behavior of equipment assets to a great extent.In recent years, with the acceleration of power grid transformation, the scale of equipment assets of power grid enterprises is expanding rapidly. In the face of such rapid growth of equipment assets, how to manage them effectively,Power grid enterprises have been pursuing the business and management objectives.In this paper, based on S Power Grid Company, the equipment management module of ERP and the realization of ERP in the whole life cycle management of equipment assets in power grid enterprises are analyzed.Using the evaluation index of provincial network company and the result evaluation index of national network asset life cycle management, the paper demonstrates the effect of S power network company after implementing ERP.Both indicators prove that the implementation of ERP improves the level of asset management in power grid enterprises and realizes the refined management of the whole life cycle of equipment assets in power grid enterprises.From the research and analysis of this paper, we can see that the implementation of ERP system in the power network simplifies the business process, realizes the optimal allocation of enterprise resources, and improves the economic benefits of the enterprise. ERP is a kind of information system.An information bridge has been built between the production and operation departments and the financial management departments of power grid enterprises to share the information of equipment assets so that the financial value of physical equipment can be effectively managed.The construction departments, production departments and financial departments of power grid enterprises can also make use of the information resources provided by the ERP system to better carry out the planning and management of assets and equipment, save the cost of assets and improve the maintenance of equipment assets.In order to achieve the power grid enterprise equipment asset life management requirements.
