【摘要】：我國(guó)電力企業(yè)作為一項(xiàng)特殊的公用事業(yè),與中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展密不可分。作為典型的資本密集型行業(yè),電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展與壯大,在很大程度上需要依賴于企業(yè)對(duì)設(shè)備資產(chǎn)的持續(xù)投資行為。近年來(lái),隨著電網(wǎng)改造速度的加快,電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的設(shè)備資產(chǎn)規(guī)模迅速擴(kuò)大,面對(duì)如此迅速增長(zhǎng)的設(shè)備資產(chǎn)規(guī)模,如何對(duì)其進(jìn)行有效的管理,一直是電網(wǎng)企業(yè)不斷追求的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理目標(biāo)。本文以以S電網(wǎng)公司為背景,對(duì)ERP的設(shè)備管理模塊及ERP在電網(wǎng)企業(yè)設(shè)備資產(chǎn)全壽命周期管理中的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了分析；并用省網(wǎng)公司同業(yè)對(duì)標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)及國(guó)網(wǎng)資產(chǎn)全壽命周期管理結(jié)果性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)兩項(xiàng)指標(biāo)對(duì)S電網(wǎng)公司實(shí)施ERP后的資產(chǎn)管理效果進(jìn)行論證,兩項(xiàng)指標(biāo)都證明了ERP的實(shí)施提升了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)資產(chǎn)管理水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)對(duì)設(shè)備資產(chǎn)全壽命周期的精細(xì)化管理。從本文的研究分析,可以看出ERP系統(tǒng)在電網(wǎng)的實(shí)施簡(jiǎn)化了業(yè)務(wù)流程、實(shí)現(xiàn)了企業(yè)資源的優(yōu)化配置、提高了企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。ERP作為一種信息化系統(tǒng),在電網(wǎng)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行部門和財(cái)務(wù)管理部門之間建起了一座信息橋梁,使其共享設(shè)備資產(chǎn)信息,讓實(shí)物設(shè)備的財(cái)務(wù)價(jià)值得到有效管理。電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的建設(shè)部門、生產(chǎn)部門和財(cái)務(wù)部門也可以利用ERP系統(tǒng)提供的信息資源,更好的進(jìn)行資產(chǎn)設(shè)備的規(guī)劃管理、節(jié)約資產(chǎn)成本以及完善設(shè)備資產(chǎn)的維護(hù),以實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)設(shè)備資產(chǎn)全壽命管理的要求。
[Abstract]:As a special public utility, electric power enterprises in China are inseparable from the development of Chinese economy.As a typical capital-intensive industry, the development and growth of power grid enterprises depend on the continuous investment behavior of equipment assets to a great extent.In recent years, with the acceleration of power grid transformation, the scale of equipment assets of power grid enterprises is expanding rapidly. In the face of such rapid growth of equipment assets, how to manage them effectively,Power grid enterprises have been pursuing the business and management objectives.In this paper, based on S Power Grid Company, the equipment management module of ERP and the realization of ERP in the whole life cycle management of equipment assets in power grid enterprises are analyzed.Using the evaluation index of provincial network company and the result evaluation index of national network asset life cycle management, the paper demonstrates the effect of S power network company after implementing ERP.Both indicators prove that the implementation of ERP improves the level of asset management in power grid enterprises and realizes the refined management of the whole life cycle of equipment assets in power grid enterprises.From the research and analysis of this paper, we can see that the implementation of ERP system in the power network simplifies the business process, realizes the optimal allocation of enterprise resources, and improves the economic benefits of the enterprise. ERP is a kind of information system.An information bridge has been built between the production and operation departments and the financial management departments of power grid enterprises to share the information of equipment assets so that the financial value of physical equipment can be effectively managed.The construction departments, production departments and financial departments of power grid enterprises can also make use of the information resources provided by the ERP system to better carry out the planning and management of assets and equipment, save the cost of assets and improve the maintenance of equipment assets.In order to achieve the power grid enterprise equipment asset life management requirements.
