【摘要】：企業(yè)項(xiàng)目化管理,是當(dāng)前企業(yè)管理學(xué)領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)話題。它有利于企業(yè)很好地管理眾多具有項(xiàng)目性質(zhì)的工作,通過實(shí)施系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目管理程序與方法,建立規(guī)范的項(xiàng)目化管理體系,有效推進(jìn)企業(yè)多項(xiàng)目開展,從而提高企業(yè)項(xiàng)目成功的比例,提升項(xiàng)目管理人員的項(xiàng)目管理能力與素質(zhì)。項(xiàng)目化組織強(qiáng)調(diào)更加靈活的組織機(jī)制和對(duì)員工的充分授權(quán)；強(qiáng)調(diào)員工的自我管理和更扁平、直接、暢通的組織架構(gòu)；有利于促進(jìn)組織成員達(dá)成共識(shí),培養(yǎng)美好感情和共同價(jià)值觀,是企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)組織扁平化最快最有效的途徑之一。因此,項(xiàng)目化管理是企業(yè)組織的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),是提升企業(yè)效率的有效手段。論文針對(duì)企業(yè)項(xiàng)目化管理推進(jìn)問題,首先,利用項(xiàng)目化管理、多項(xiàng)目管理、組織設(shè)計(jì)、績(jī)效管理等管理學(xué)理論與方法,研究了企業(yè)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目化管理的必要性和可行性,并對(duì)影響企業(yè)項(xiàng)目化管理體系構(gòu)建的關(guān)鍵要素進(jìn)行了深入分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以BC公司為例,通過進(jìn)一步分析,提出了一套與BC公司管理實(shí)際相適應(yīng)的項(xiàng)目化組織體系,并闡述了BC公司項(xiàng)目化管理體系的構(gòu)建與推進(jìn)。該套系統(tǒng)的、科學(xué)的企業(yè)項(xiàng)目化管理系統(tǒng),可以很直接地應(yīng)用到實(shí)際工作中,給公司的項(xiàng)目化管理工作提供非常詳細(xì)的工作指南和培訓(xùn)教材,很好地指導(dǎo)BC公司項(xiàng)目化管理的推進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Enterprise project management is a hot topic in the field of enterprise management.It is helpful for enterprises to manage many projects well. Through the implementation of systems, scientific project management procedures and methods, a standardized project management system is established to effectively promote the development of multi-projects in enterprises.In order to improve the proportion of enterprise project success, improve the project management ability and quality of project managers.The project organization emphasizes a more flexible organizational mechanism and full delegation of authority to the staff; emphasizes the self-management of the staff and a more flat, direct and unimpeded organizational structure; and is conducive to building consensus among the members of the organization.Cultivating good feelings and common values is one of the fastest and most effective ways for enterprises to achieve flattening.Therefore, project management is the development trend of enterprise organization and an effective means to improve enterprise efficiency.Firstly, this paper studies the necessity and feasibility of implementing project management by using the theories and methods of project management, multi-project management, organizational design and performance management.The key factors that affect the construction of enterprise project management system are analyzed.On the basis of this, taking BC Company as an example, through further analysis, this paper puts forward a set of project organization system suitable to the actual management of BC Company, and expounds the construction and promotion of the project management system of BC Company.This set of systematic, scientific enterprise project management systems can be directly applied to practical work, and provide a very detailed work guide and training materials for the project management work of the company.Good guidance BC company project management to promote.
