【摘要】：外部獨(dú)立研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)的聯(lián)系如何影響企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新績效?作為企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新轉(zhuǎn)型升級的重要組成部分,外部獨(dú)立研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)在企業(yè)創(chuàng)新過程中的作用日益突出。越來越多的研究開始關(guān)注外部獨(dú)立研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)的聯(lián)系對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的影響,但是,現(xiàn)有對外部獨(dú)立研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)這類外部聯(lián)系的研究主要關(guān)注的是其直接影響,對于外部聯(lián)系如何影響企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的過程機(jī)制仍然處于理論研究的黑箱。考慮到技術(shù)知識跨界搜索和市場知識跨界搜索對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的作用,本文認(rèn)為將社會資本理論和創(chuàng)新搜索理論結(jié)合起來能夠幫助我們深入理解外部獨(dú)立研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)的聯(lián)系對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的作用機(jī)制,打開研究過程的黑匣子。基于此,本文利用蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)內(nèi)270家企業(yè)的問卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,研究的結(jié)果表明,外部獨(dú)立研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)的聯(lián)系可以提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效,而這種影響必須通過跨界搜索來實(shí)現(xiàn),也就是說,技術(shù)知識跨界搜索和市場知識跨界搜索在外部獨(dú)立研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)系和企業(yè)創(chuàng)新之間起著完全中介的作用。外部研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)系促進(jìn)了技術(shù)知識跨界搜索和市場知識跨界搜索,進(jìn)而增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力提高企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新績效。在以上結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上給出了研究的理論和實(shí)踐意義,以及未來可能的研究方向。
[Abstract]:How do external independent R & D linkages affect innovation performance?As an important part of independent innovation transformation and upgrading, external independent R & D institutions play an increasingly important role in the process of enterprise innovation.More and more research has begun to pay attention to the impact of external independent R & D institutions on enterprise innovation. However, the existing research on external independent R & D institutions is mainly concerned with its direct impact.The process mechanism of how external connections affect innovation is still in the black box of theoretical research.Considering the role of cross-border search for technological knowledge and cross-border search for market knowledge for enterprise innovation,This paper holds that the combination of social capital theory and innovation search theory can help us to understand the mechanism of external independent R & D institutions on enterprise innovation and open the black box of the research process.Based on this, this paper makes an empirical study using the questionnaire data of 270 enterprises in Suzhou Industrial Park. The results show that external independent R & D institutions can improve the innovation performance of enterprises.This impact must be realized through cross-border search, that is, the cross-border search of technical knowledge and market knowledge plays a role as a complete intermediary between external independent R & D institutions and enterprise innovation.External R & D institutions promote the cross-border search of technical knowledge and market knowledge, and then enhance the innovation ability of enterprises and improve the innovation performance of enterprises.On the basis of the above conclusions, the theoretical and practical significance of the research and the possible research direction in the future are given.
