【摘要】：山西煤炭資源稟賦優(yōu)越，依托這種豐富的煤炭資源，山西省的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展得到快速增長，在中國一直處于煤炭大省的地位。煤炭工業(yè)在山西傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)中占主導(dǎo)地位，經(jīng)過長期的建設(shè)，已為國家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)作出巨大貢獻(xiàn)。然而，，煤炭資源是一種非再生資源，如何實(shí)現(xiàn)煤炭資源的可持續(xù)利用是必須去面對的一個重要課題，對山西煤炭工業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。本文以可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論與模糊綜合評價理論為理論基礎(chǔ)，通過分析山西煤炭工業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀，分別從發(fā)展和協(xié)調(diào)兩個不同的視角評價山西煤炭工業(yè)可持續(xù)程度。 本文通過分析山西煤炭工業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀，根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀構(gòu)建了比較科學(xué)的山西煤炭工業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平的評價指標(biāo)體系，用模糊綜合評價的方法對山西煤炭工業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平綜合評判，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。從評價結(jié)果來看，山西煤炭工業(yè)具有一定的可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力，根據(jù)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，環(huán)境與資源增效是影響山西煤炭工業(yè)可持續(xù)的主要負(fù)面因素，要改變“粗放型”的開采方式，對煤炭開采所帶來的環(huán)境問題加以重視。本文從資源型經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的視角，進(jìn)一步提高煤炭資源利用效率，以促進(jìn)山西煤炭工業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Shanxi has a superior endowment of coal resources, relying on this rich coal resources, Shanxi's economic development has been rapid growth, in China has been in the status of a large coal province.Coal industry plays a leading role in Shanxi traditional industry, and has made great contribution to national economic construction through long-term construction.However, coal resources is a kind of non-renewable resources, how to realize the sustainable utilization of coal resources is an important subject that must be faced with, which has important strategic significance for the sustainable development of Shanxi coal industry.Based on the theory of sustainable development and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper analyzes the present situation of Shanxi coal industry and evaluates the sustainable degree of Shanxi coal industry from two different angles of development and coordination.Based on the analysis of the present situation of Shanxi coal industry, a scientific evaluation index system of the sustainable development level of Shanxi coal industry is established in this paper.According to the evaluation results, Shanxi coal industry has a certain ability of sustainable development. According to the analysis, it is found that the environment and resource efficiency are the main negative factors affecting the sustainable development of Shanxi coal industry, and the "extensive" mining mode should be changed.Attention should be paid to the environmental problems caused by coal mining.From the perspective of the transformation and development of resource-based economy, this paper further improves the utilization efficiency of coal resources in order to promote the sustainable development of Shanxi's coal industry.
