B公司績(jī)效管理問(wèn)題的研究及對(duì)策

【摘要】:績(jī)效管理作為企業(yè)人力資源工作的核心,對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)具有重大意義。如何通過(guò)建立一套有效的績(jī)效管理制度,提升員工以及企業(yè)的績(jī)效水平,促進(jìn)企業(yè)整體績(jī)效水平的提升,是企業(yè)越來(lái)越重視的一個(gè)話(huà)題,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 雖然目前我國(guó)很多企業(yè)都采用了績(jī)效管理的體系和制定了相關(guān)制度,但推行和實(shí)施效果并不理想。B公司作為眾多企業(yè)中的一員,隨著多年的發(fā)展也出現(xiàn)了績(jī)效管理方面的問(wèn)題和困惑,為解決問(wèn)題,本文在研究相關(guān)績(jī)效管理理論及國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)B公司的績(jī)效管理問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究。 本文首先總結(jié)了績(jī)效管理的相關(guān)概念及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,在總結(jié)B公司原先績(jī)效管理制度的基礎(chǔ)上,采用了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及員工訪(fǎng)談等研究方式,,得出了B公司績(jī)效管理目前存在的問(wèn)題并緊密結(jié)合B公司現(xiàn)狀及戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)等現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,提出了包括績(jī)效目標(biāo)、績(jī)效考核指標(biāo)以及績(jī)效溝通等方面的改進(jìn)建議和制定了具體績(jī)效改進(jìn)方案的實(shí)施過(guò)程,包括具體的實(shí)施方案、保障性措施,以及方案實(shí)施后的相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)。 最后本文得出了相關(guān)研究結(jié)論及文章研究的不足,旨在為現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)中小企業(yè)績(jī)效管理方面提供一些啟示和新的思路。
[Abstract]:Performance management, as the core of human resources work, is of great significance to the realization of strategic objectives. How to improve the performance of employees and enterprises through the establishment of an effective performance management system, It is a topic that enterprises pay more and more attention to, which has important practical significance. Although many enterprises in our country have adopted the performance management system and formulated the related system, but the implementation and implementation effect is not ideal. B company as a member of many enterprises, With the development of performance management for many years, problems and puzzles have appeared in performance management. In order to solve the problem, this paper studies the performance management of company B on the basis of research on the theory of performance management and the current situation at home and abroad. This paper first summarizes the related concepts of performance management and the current research situation at home and abroad. On the basis of summarizing the original performance management system of B Company, it adopts questionnaire survey and employee interview. The problems existing in performance management of company B are obtained, and the current situation and strategic objectives of company B are closely combined, and the performance objectives are proposed. Performance evaluation indicators and performance communication and other aspects of the improvement recommendations and the formulation of specific performance improvement program implementation process, including specific implementation plan, safeguard measures, as well as the relevant evaluation after the implementation of the program. Finally, this paper draws the relevant conclusions and the lack of research in this paper, in order to provide some enlightenment and new ideas for the performance management of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country at the present stage.
