【摘要】:當(dāng)前,信息化技術(shù)日新月異,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)、新媒體、移動(dòng)互聯(lián)為代表的數(shù)字出版技術(shù)正在改變讀者的閱讀和信息消費(fèi)習(xí)慣,促使傳統(tǒng)新聞出版行業(yè)加速產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級(jí),加快數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型步伐。在這股數(shù)字化浪潮中,電力行業(yè)應(yīng)有所作為,傳統(tǒng)新聞出版單位需要大力地推進(jìn)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型,構(gòu)建可持續(xù)發(fā)展的商業(yè)模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)發(fā)展。國(guó)際大型出版?zhèn)髅郊瘓F(tuán)通過(guò)人力財(cái)力的巨大投入,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)紙質(zhì)資源進(jìn)行數(shù)字化加工,并深入分析數(shù)據(jù)特征,實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息技術(shù)與內(nèi)容的高度融合,形成了各類專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與國(guó)際影響力大大增強(qiáng)。國(guó)內(nèi)傳媒行業(yè)也爭(zhēng)相推進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)媒體與新媒體的融合發(fā)展,數(shù)字出版新媒體影響力大幅提升,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)進(jìn)一步加劇。 本文概述了國(guó)內(nèi)外數(shù)字出版業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,尤其通過(guò)例證闡述了國(guó)外大型出版集團(tuán)數(shù)字出版商業(yè)模式的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)了當(dāng)今社會(huì)的幾種主流數(shù)字出版商業(yè)模式模型。通過(guò)對(duì)商業(yè)模式、尤其是數(shù)字出版商業(yè)模式的理論分析,以及對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)新聞出版單位發(fā)展數(shù)字出版業(yè)務(wù)中存在問(wèn)題的剖析,總結(jié)了基于價(jià)值鏈的電力行業(yè)數(shù)字出版商業(yè)模式類型,提出了電力行業(yè)數(shù)字出版商業(yè)模式建立的主要形式,對(duì)電力行業(yè)數(shù)字出版大型商業(yè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了初步設(shè)計(jì),最后,提出了大力推進(jìn)電力行業(yè)數(shù)字出版業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的意義和途徑。 本文立足電力行業(yè),希望為科技行業(yè)傳統(tǒng)新聞出版單位建設(shè)數(shù)字出版商業(yè)模式提供參考。筆者提出了構(gòu)建可持續(xù)發(fā)展的數(shù)字出版商業(yè)模式不在于開(kāi)發(fā)幾個(gè)成功的數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)品,而根本上在于建設(shè)數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),建設(shè)規(guī);臄(shù)字內(nèi)容生產(chǎn)模式,形成骨干產(chǎn)品支持下的數(shù)字產(chǎn)品規(guī);a(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:At present, information technology is changing with each passing day. Digital publishing technology, represented by network, new media and mobile internet, is changing readers' reading and information consumption habits, and accelerating the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure in the traditional news and publishing industry. Speed up the pace of digital transformation. In this wave of digitization, the electric power industry should do something. Traditional news and publishing units need to vigorously promote digital transformation and build a sustainable development business model. Through the enormous investment of human and financial resources, the international large publishing media group digitizes the traditional paper resources, analyzes the data characteristics deeply, and realizes the high integration of information technology and content. All kinds of professional databases have been formed, and the competitiveness and international influence of enterprises have been greatly enhanced. The domestic media industry has also scrambled to promote the integration and development of traditional media and new media, and the influence of new media in digital publishing has been greatly enhanced. Market competition has intensified. This paper summarizes the development of digital publishing business at home and abroad, especially expounds the advanced experience of digital publishing business model of foreign large publishing groups through examples. This paper summarizes several mainstream commercial models of digital publishing in the society. Through the theoretical analysis of business models, especially the commercial models of digital publishing, and the problems existing in the development of digital publishing business in traditional news and publishing units, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of digital publishing business in traditional press and publishing units. This paper summarizes the types of digital publishing business models in power industry based on value chain, puts forward the main forms of establishing digital publishing business models in power industry, and gives a preliminary design for large-scale commercial projects of digital publishing in power industry. The significance and ways of promoting the transformation and upgrading of digital publishing business in power industry are put forward. This paper is based on the power industry, It is hoped to provide a reference for the traditional press and publication units in the science and technology industry to build a digital publishing business model. The author suggests that the construction of a sustainable digital publishing business model does not lie in the development of several successful digital publishing products. The fundamental lies in the construction of the digital publishing industry chain, the realization of its own digital transformation and upgrading, the construction of large-scale digital content production model, the formation of digital products under the support of the backbone of large-scale production.
