【摘要】：本文首先概述了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理相關理論并介紹了相關的戰(zhàn)略管理分析工具,同時對企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方面的近期相關文獻進行了整理和綜述,接著介紹了方山公司的背景和現(xiàn)狀,指出了其當前所面臨的主要問題,結合方山公司的企業(yè)發(fā)展目標討論了其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究的必要性,然后分析了方山公司所處的外部環(huán)境,包括宏觀環(huán)境和產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境,并應用外部因素評價矩陣對外部機會和外部威脅進行了總結和評價,緊接著分析了方山公司自身的內(nèi)部環(huán)境,包括內(nèi)部資源和內(nèi)部能力,并應用內(nèi)部因素評價矩陣對內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢和內(nèi)部劣勢進行了總結和評價,之后結合方山公司的企業(yè)愿景、企業(yè)使命和企業(yè)發(fā)展目標探討了發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇的總體思路,并運用優(yōu)勢-劣勢-機會-威脅矩陣、戰(zhàn)略地位與行動評價矩陣和定量戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃矩陣進行了戰(zhàn)略的分析、選擇和確定,確認了以產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、市場滲透和市場開發(fā)為主要內(nèi)容的密集型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,最后為了使該發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略能夠得到有效實施,探討了戰(zhàn)略實施的總體思路并結合方山公司的企業(yè)發(fā)展目標提出了相應的關鍵措施。
[Abstract]:This paper first summarizes the related theories of enterprise strategic management and introduces the relevant tools of strategic management analysis. At the same time, it summarizes the recent literature on enterprise development strategy, and then introduces the background and current situation of Fangshan Company. This paper points out the main problems it faces at present, discusses the necessity of its development strategy research combined with the enterprise development goal of Fangshan Company, and then analyzes the external environment of Fangshan Company, including macroscopic environment and industrial environment. The external opportunity and external threat are summarized and evaluated by using the external factor evaluation matrix, and then the internal environment of Fangshan Company is analyzed, including internal resources and internal capability. The internal advantages and disadvantages are summarized and evaluated by using the internal factor evaluation matrix, and then the overall thinking of the choice of development strategy is discussed in combination with Fangshan Company's enterprise vision, enterprise mission and enterprise development goal. The strategic analysis, selection and determination are made by using the strong-inferior-opportunity-threat matrix, the strategic position and action evaluation matrix and the quantitative strategic planning matrix, and the product development is confirmed. Intensive development strategies that focus on market penetration and market development, and finally, in order to enable this development strategy to be effectively implemented, This paper discusses the overall thinking of strategic implementation and puts forward corresponding key measures combined with Fangshan Company's enterprise development goal.
