【摘要】:當今時代,隨著世界經(jīng)濟全球化和知識經(jīng)濟時代的迅猛發(fā)展,企業(yè)紛紛認識到要在激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境中穩(wěn)步前行,必須提高企業(yè)的競爭力。企業(yè)競爭的核心和實質(zhì)歸根到底是人才的競爭。員工培訓管理是人力資源管理的核心部分,它承擔著把“人”變成“人才”的重要任務,對于實現(xiàn)企業(yè)人力資源的增產(chǎn)增值、保持核心競爭優(yōu)勢、促進企業(yè)發(fā)展及企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的實施等長遠大計起到極大的推進作用,目前我國的大部分傳統(tǒng)制造型企業(yè)亟待轉(zhuǎn)型升級,企業(yè)員工的職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)、技能水平及管理能力不僅關系到產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量、質(zhì)量和技術含量,對企業(yè)發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新更起到?jīng)Q定性的影響。Y冰箱有限公司是HX集團旗下的大型冰箱生產(chǎn)基地,在經(jīng)濟全球化日漸深入的今天,企業(yè)間的競爭日益加劇,提升員工整體素質(zhì)已是國內(nèi)外先進制造型企業(yè)保持核心競爭力的重要手段,同時隨著企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的不斷更新升級,生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的日益擴大,Y冰箱有限公司現(xiàn)在迫切需要培養(yǎng)一大批高素質(zhì)的技術工人、專業(yè)技術人員以及管理人員推進企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)發(fā)展,加快產(chǎn)業(yè)升級。本文結(jié)合Y冰箱有限公司目前員工培訓管理的現(xiàn)狀,探析了該公司培訓管理方面存在的一系列實際問題,立足于有效提升Y冰箱有限公司的員工培訓管理水平,就存在的問題提出了探索性的解決方法。本文采用理論分析與實地調(diào)研相結(jié)合的方式,結(jié)合人力資本、培訓轉(zhuǎn)化等理論,借助文獻綜述法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計等方法,通過對公司培訓管理現(xiàn)狀的深入分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,擬定思路,研究設計符合企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、行之有效的培訓管理優(yōu)化方案,冀以提高公司的培訓質(zhì)量和效益,提升公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力,使企業(yè)在今后的發(fā)展中具有更加強勁的引擎。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of the world economic globalization and the knowledge economy era, enterprises have realized that they should advance steadily in the fierce market competition environment. In the final analysis, the core and essence of enterprise competition is the competition of talents. Staff training management is the core part of human resources management, and it undertakes the important task of turning "human beings" into "talents". It plays a very important role in realizing the increase and increment of human resources, maintaining the core competitive advantage, promoting the development of enterprises and the implementation of enterprise strategy. At present, most of the traditional manufacturing enterprises in our country are in urgent need of transformation and upgrading. The quality of professional ethics, skill level and management ability of employees are not only related to the output, quality and technical content of products, Y refrigerator Co., Ltd. is a large refrigerator production base under the HX Group. With the deepening of economic globalization, competition among enterprises is intensifying day by day. Improving the overall quality of employees has been an important means for advanced manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad to maintain their core competitiveness. At the same time, with the continuous updating and upgrading of enterprise products, With the increasing scale of production, the company now urgently needs to train a large number of high-quality skilled workers, professional technicians and managers to promote the production and development of enterprises. This paper analyzes a series of practical problems in training management of Y refrigerator Co., Ltd., which is based on effectively improving the level of training management of Y refrigerator Co., Ltd. In this paper, the methods of theoretical analysis and field investigation, human capital, training and transformation theory, literature review, questionnaire survey, interview, etc., are used to solve the problems. Data statistics and other methods, through in-depth analysis of the current situation of the company's training management, find out problems, draw up ideas, study and design the training management optimization scheme in line with the enterprise strategy and effective, in order to improve the training quality and efficiency of the company. Enhance the sustainable development of the company, so that the future development of enterprises have a stronger engine.
