【摘要】：在科學(xué)技術(shù)日新月異的提高,經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展的促使下,制造型企業(yè)的對象也發(fā)生改變,它需要面對多種需求、變化快速的買方市場,傳統(tǒng)研發(fā)模式和大批大量生產(chǎn)方式已不再適應(yīng)新的競爭形勢,同時(shí)也對產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理提出了更高的要求。許多企業(yè)已充分認(rèn)識(shí)到實(shí)施PDM對提高企業(yè)技術(shù)管理能力的重要性。同樣,齊二機(jī)床有限公司面臨著前所未有的內(nèi)部和外部競爭壓力,為適應(yīng)產(chǎn)品種類的快速增長,改變手工管理和提高產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、系列化、通用化”程度。首先,對“國際競爭,是企業(yè)產(chǎn)品競爭”的分析,對產(chǎn)品開發(fā)在國際機(jī)床行業(yè)制造的重要性,PDM中產(chǎn)品在國內(nèi)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀分析。其次,相關(guān)的理論和框架,結(jié)合產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理,對兩種機(jī)床公司把當(dāng)前和未來的業(yè)務(wù)分析和研究,分析了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的方法,實(shí)施PDM的內(nèi)容和服務(wù)規(guī)范。PDM系統(tǒng)的齊兩機(jī)分為十一個(gè)模塊,分四個(gè)階段實(shí)施完成,其中的數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送和接收的第一階段,備件管理(產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理,項(xiàng)目管理),文件管理是PDM系統(tǒng)的核心和基礎(chǔ),本文重點(diǎn)研究和四模塊的第一階段的方法研究。最后,齊二機(jī)床有限公司PDM系統(tǒng)的分析和總結(jié)的應(yīng)用效果,對系統(tǒng)功能的進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)展功能需要討論。集成幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題進(jìn)行了研究。并以實(shí)施PDM為主線,著重對信息實(shí)施過程中如下關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行了的研究,在分析工程機(jī)械行業(yè)信息需求的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合本企業(yè)實(shí)際進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)PDM軟件的功能和當(dāng)前企業(yè)繪圖軟件的情況,提出解決齊二機(jī)床CAD與PDM的集成方案；數(shù)據(jù)整理是實(shí)施PDM中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),保證數(shù)據(jù)的正確和有效管理。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid development of economy, the object of manufacturing enterprises has also changed. The traditional R & D model and a large number of production modes are no longer adapted to the new competitive situation. At the same time, many enterprises have fully realized the importance of implementing PDM to improve the technical management ability of enterprises. Similarly, Qier Machine tool Co., Ltd. is facing unprecedented internal and external competitive pressure. In order to adapt to the rapid growth of product category, to change the manual management and to improve the degree of standardization, serialization and generalization of product development. The importance of product development in the manufacture of international machine tool industry is analyzed. Secondly, the relevant theories and frameworks, combined with product data management, analyze and study the current and future business of the two machine tool companies. The method of risk is analyzed. The content and service specification of PDM are divided into eleven modules, which are implemented in four stages, the first stage of data sending and receiving, spare parts management (product data management), Project management and document management are the core and foundation of PDM system. This paper focuses on the research and the method of the first stage of the four modules. Finally, the application effect of PDM system analysis and summary in Q2 Machine tool Co., Ltd. The further expansion of the system function needs to be discussed. Several key technical problems of integration are studied, and the following key problems in the process of information implementation are emphatically studied, taking the implementation of PDM as the main line. On the basis of analyzing the information demand of construction machinery industry, combining with the actual situation of the enterprise, according to the function of PDM software and the current situation of enterprise drawing software, this paper puts forward a solution to the integration of CAD and PDM for the second machine tool. Data collation is the key technology in implementing PDM to ensure the correct and effective management of data.
