【摘要】:近年來,湖南省民營經(jīng)濟(jì)得到了快速發(fā)展,對(duì)我省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長產(chǎn)生了積極的影響。但是湖南中小民營企業(yè)在薪酬管理方面存在很多問題,其中最突出的表現(xiàn)就是湖南民營中小企業(yè)員工薪酬滿意度不高的問題,這個(gè)問題直接影響到湖南民營中小企業(yè)優(yōu)秀員工的穩(wěn)定,間接影響了湖南民營中小企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。因此,對(duì)湖南民營中小企業(yè)員工薪酬滿意度進(jìn)行調(diào)查,了解員工薪酬滿意度現(xiàn)狀,,找出其中存在的問題,探討問題的成因,并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,對(duì)于優(yōu)化湖南民營中小企業(yè)薪酬制度,提高企業(yè)員工薪酬滿意度,促進(jìn)人才隊(duì)伍的穩(wěn)定與優(yōu)化,提高民營企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有著十分重要的意義。 本文根據(jù)激勵(lì)理論和薪酬管理理論,在此基礎(chǔ)上自編問卷,采用問卷調(diào)查與理論分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,對(duì)湖南科力電機(jī)股份有限公司員工薪酬激勵(lì)制度以及員工滿意度的調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析,獲得了目前湖南科力電機(jī)股份有限公司員工薪酬激勵(lì)的現(xiàn)狀,員工對(duì)企業(yè)所實(shí)施的薪酬制度、薪酬激勵(lì)措施的滿意程度,及目前在薪酬激勵(lì)中存在的問題等。發(fā)現(xiàn)湖南科力電機(jī)股份有限公司員工對(duì)薪酬薪酬水平、薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)、薪酬制度以及薪酬形式滿意度這四個(gè)方面的維度都很不理想,而且,我們發(fā)現(xiàn),在個(gè)別維度上還存在著薪酬水平較低,薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,薪酬制度制定隨意,薪酬支付缺乏透明度等很多問題。通過分析問題的成因,提出了以戰(zhàn)略性原則為指導(dǎo),確定具有內(nèi)部公平性和外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性的薪酬水平;完善比例協(xié)調(diào)的薪酬設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)置以績(jī)效為導(dǎo)向的薪酬結(jié)構(gòu);制定科學(xué)公正的薪酬制度;實(shí)行公開透明的薪酬支付形式等一系列的改進(jìn)對(duì)策,并對(duì)企業(yè)薪酬管理配套機(jī)制的建立進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要闡述。希望本文的研究結(jié)果能為湖南省乃至全國中小民營企業(yè)薪酬管理的改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化起到一些參考和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the private economy of Hunan Province has been developing rapidly, which has a positive impact on the economic development and economic growth of Hunan Province. However, there are many problems in the salary management of the small and medium-sized private enterprises in Hunan Province. Among them, the most outstanding performance is the low salary satisfaction of Hunan private small and medium-sized enterprises, which directly affects the stability of the excellent employees of Hunan private small and medium-sized enterprises. It indirectly affects the healthy development of Hunan private small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, this paper investigates the employee compensation satisfaction degree of Hunan private SMEs, finds out the existing problems, and probes into the causes of the problems. It is of great significance to optimize the salary system of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Hunan, to improve the satisfaction of employees' compensation, to promote the stability and optimization of the talent force, and to improve the core competitiveness of private enterprises. On the basis of incentive theory and salary management theory, this paper makes a questionnaire on this basis, and adopts the research method of combining questionnaire with theoretical analysis. Based on the investigation, statistics and analysis of employee compensation incentive system and employee satisfaction of Hunan Coli Electric Co., Ltd, the present situation of employee compensation incentive in Hunan Coli Electric Co., Ltd is obtained. The salary system implemented by the employees, the degree of satisfaction of the salary incentive measures, and the problems existing in the compensation incentive at present, etc. It is found that the employees of Hunan Ke Li Motor Co., Ltd. are concerned about the salary level, salary structure, and so on. The four dimensions of salary system and salary form satisfaction are not ideal. Moreover, we find that there are still lower salary levels, unreasonable salary structure and arbitrary salary system in individual dimensions. Based on the analysis of the causes of the problem, the paper puts forward that the compensation level with internal fairness and external competition should be determined under the guidance of the strategic principle. To set up performance-oriented salary structure, to formulate a scientific and fair compensation system, to implement an open and transparent form of pay payment, and so on a series of improvement countermeasures, The paper also briefly expounds the establishment of the matching mechanism of compensation management in enterprises and hopes that the research results of this paper can provide some reference and reference for the improvement and optimization of compensation management of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Hunan Province and even in the whole country.
