【摘要】：目前，越來越多的企業(yè)已經(jīng)認識到物流外包在降低成本、加快對市場的反應速度、提高客戶滿意度等方面的優(yōu)勢，物流外包成為物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要發(fā)展趨勢之一。同時，市場競爭不斷增大，企業(yè)要想通過增加銷售利潤來獲得預期的經(jīng)濟收益，就必須增加幾倍的銷售量，具有一定的難度。因此企業(yè)紛紛采取物流外包的方式來降低成本，增強自身的核心競爭力。但是，由于我國物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，，導致企業(yè)將物流業(yè)務外包存在一定的困難，同時物流外包也存在一定的風險。因此，研究物流外包管理決策方法，分析物流外包風險并尋求解決方法對于推動國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)物流外包的發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。 本文分為五個部分，其中物流外包決策分析最為主要，包括了物流外包的模式選擇，物流外包合作伙伴的選擇，以及物流外包的風險評價。本文以物流管理、物流外包等領(lǐng)域的理論和方法為基礎，首先對本文的選題背景以及國內(nèi)物流外包的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了簡單的闡述，對企業(yè)物流業(yè)務外包給第三方物流企業(yè)進行了必要性分析，并對物流外包進行了價值分析。然后，通過對我國生產(chǎn)企業(yè)物流外包現(xiàn)狀的分析提出了我國存在的問題及應對策略。文中重點內(nèi)容是物流外包合作伙伴選擇和物流外包風險評價兩個章節(jié)，利用具體的數(shù)學算法加以論證，并在最后的實例分析中予以體現(xiàn)。最后利用AHP方法和模糊評價法對鞍山鋼鐵集團公司卷板輸出環(huán)節(jié)的物流外包給鞍鋼物流園的實際案例進行了分析。
[Abstract]:At present, more and more enterprises have realized the advantages of logistics outsourcing in reducing cost, accelerating reaction to the market, improving customer satisfaction, etc. Logistics outsourcing has become one of the important development trends of logistics industry. The market competition is increasing constantly. If enterprises want to increase their sales profits to obtain the expected economic returns, they must increase the sales volume by several times, which is difficult. Therefore, the enterprises have adopted the way of logistics outsourcing to reduce the cost one after another. However, due to the development of logistics industry in our country, it is difficult for enterprises to outsource logistics business, and there are some risks in logistics outsourcing. It is of great significance to study the decision-making method of logistics outsourcing management, analyze the risk of logistics outsourcing and seek solutions to promote the development of logistics outsourcing in domestic production enterprises. This paper is divided into five parts, in which logistics outsourcing decision analysis is the most important, including logistics outsourcing mode selection, logistics outsourcing partner selection, and logistics outsourcing risk assessment. Based on the theory and method of logistics outsourcing and other fields, firstly, the background of this paper and the current situation of domestic logistics outsourcing are briefly expounded, and the necessity of outsourcing logistics to third party logistics enterprises is analyzed. And the value analysis of logistics outsourcing. Then, Based on the analysis of the current situation of logistics outsourcing in production enterprises in China, this paper puts forward the existing problems and countermeasures in our country. The main content of this paper is the selection of logistics outsourcing partners and the risk evaluation of logistics outsourcing. Using specific mathematical algorithms to demonstrate, Finally, the AHP method and fuzzy evaluation method are used to analyze the actual case of the logistics outsourcing of the coiled plate output link in Anshan Iron and Steel Group Company to the logistics park of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.
