【摘要】：本文通過(guò)分析汽車4S店運(yùn)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀,綜合全面預(yù)算的概念與特征,系統(tǒng)描述了汽車4S店如何運(yùn)用全面預(yù)算管理,加強(qiáng)自身內(nèi)部建設(shè)與未來(lái)規(guī)劃的方法。并從全面預(yù)算管理應(yīng)用入手,為汽車4S店明確預(yù)算方案、突出預(yù)算重點(diǎn)、加強(qiáng)部門職責(zé)、落實(shí)政策體系等方面提供了建設(shè)性意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the current situation of automobile 4S store operation and synthesizing the concept and characteristics of total budget, this paper systematically describes how to apply overall budget management to automobile 4S store. Strengthening the methods of internal construction and future planning, and starting with the application of overall budget management, this paper provides constructive suggestions for automobile 4S shop to define the budget plan, stress the budget focus, strengthen the responsibility of the department, and implement the policy system, etc.
