我國(guó)典型核電工程項(xiàng)目管理模式分析

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,核電技術(shù)的誕生,對(duì)人們的生活帶來(lái)了非常重要的影響,在為人們提供更為高效能源的同時(shí),也帶來(lái)了全新的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和革命。目前,我國(guó)核電技術(shù)已經(jīng)走過(guò)了較長(zhǎng)的發(fā)展歷程,Q發(fā)電站以及嶺澳發(fā)電站都是我國(guó)核電技術(shù)的優(yōu)秀案例,發(fā)展核電技術(shù),也成為我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中重要的內(nèi)容和工作。在我國(guó)中共十六屆五中全會(huì)上,提出了積極發(fā)展核電技術(shù)的新方針,對(duì)我國(guó)核電技術(shù)的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)我國(guó)核電技術(shù)的未來(lái)進(jìn)行合理展望,為我國(guó)核電技術(shù)的發(fā)展提供了良好的發(fā)展方向。本文就我國(guó)核電工程項(xiàng)目管理模式展開(kāi)分析和論述,首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外核電工程項(xiàng)目管理的主要模式以及研究成果展開(kāi)分析和探究,歸納國(guó)內(nèi)外核電工程管理模式中的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和不足。其次,對(duì)我國(guó)工程項(xiàng)目管理體制發(fā)展歷程以及工程管理的主要模式進(jìn)行研究和分析,結(jié)合我國(guó)核電工程建設(shè)中的典型管理案例予以研究。文中對(duì)核電站二期工程項(xiàng)目管理模式進(jìn)行分析,指出管理案例中所存在的相關(guān)問(wèn)題和不足,并結(jié)合研究結(jié)果以及我國(guó)核電建設(shè)能力明確核電工程項(xiàng)目管理模式的基本構(gòu)建原則,以及核電工程項(xiàng)目管理工作中所涉及到的部門工作提出了合理建議,希望對(duì)于我國(guó)核電工程項(xiàng)目管理起到一定的優(yōu)化作用,促進(jìn)我國(guó)核電工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量和效率,為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展提供一定的幫助和支持,并對(duì)相關(guān)方面的研究起到一定的豐富和補(bǔ)充。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of science and technology, the birth of nuclear power technology has brought a very important impact on people's lives, providing people with more efficient energy, but also brought a new technological innovation and revolution. China's nuclear power technology has gone through a long development process. Both the Q power station and the Lingao power station are excellent examples of nuclear power technology in China. The development of nuclear power technology, At the Fifth Plenary session of the 16 CPC Central Committee, a new policy for the active development of nuclear power technology was put forward, and the development course of nuclear power technology in China was summarized. The future of nuclear power technology in China is prospected reasonably, which provides a good development direction for the development of nuclear power technology in China. This paper analyzes and discusses the management mode of nuclear power project in China. Firstly, it analyzes and explores the main models and research results of nuclear power project management at home and abroad, sums up the advantages and disadvantages of nuclear power project management model at home and abroad. This paper studies and analyses the development course of project management system and the main modes of engineering management in China. Combined with the typical management cases of nuclear power project construction in China, this paper analyzes the management mode of the second phase nuclear power plant project, and points out the related problems and shortcomings in the management cases. Combined with the research results and the basic construction principles of the nuclear power project management model in China, the reasonable suggestions are put forward for the departments involved in the nuclear power project management. We hope to optimize the management of nuclear power project in our country, promote the quality and efficiency of nuclear power construction in our country, and provide some help and support for the socialist economic and social development of our country. And to the relevant aspects of the study has played a certain enrichment and supplement.
