【摘要】：工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化是我國(guó)當(dāng)前以及未來(lái)很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間需要關(guān)注和解決的問(wèn)題。我國(guó)“十二五”規(guī)劃中明確指出,要堅(jiān)定不移的走具有中國(guó)特色的新型工業(yè)化發(fā)展之路,協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展城鎮(zhèn)化和工業(yè)化。這為我國(guó)新型工業(yè)化和新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展指明了方向。本文研究的是樂(lè)山市沙灣區(qū)新型工業(yè)化和新型城鎮(zhèn)化的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,所以,沙灣區(qū)新型工業(yè)化和新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,二者協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展遇到的問(wèn)題,如何解決這些問(wèn)題,都是本文將要探討的問(wèn)題。 沙灣區(qū)是一個(gè)工業(yè)重鎮(zhèn),其工業(yè)化程度很高。因此,研究其工業(yè)化與城鎮(zhèn)化是否協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,分析二者之間是否存在相互作用的關(guān)系,可以為其他縣域的發(fā)展提供參考,對(duì)縣域工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展具有很大的參考價(jià)值。 2011年我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化率首次超過(guò)50%,這標(biāo)志我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)常住人口超過(guò)農(nóng)村人口,我國(guó)開始進(jìn)入城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)加速階段,同時(shí)也拉開我國(guó)新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)之路。在新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)之路上,工業(yè)化與城鎮(zhèn)化能否協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展成為我國(guó)新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)成功與否的關(guān)鍵所在,為此本文選擇樂(lè)山沙灣區(qū)為例對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化與工業(yè)化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究。本文共有六部分,第一、二部分主要是對(duì)論文背景、選題意義及相關(guān)理論做了詳細(xì)闡述；第三部門為文章重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,這部分詳細(xì)介紹了沙灣區(qū)新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及運(yùn)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)判斷法對(duì)沙灣區(qū)新型車城鎮(zhèn)化與工業(yè)化協(xié)調(diào)度進(jìn)行檢測(cè)；第四部分是結(jié)合實(shí)際情況對(duì)沙灣區(qū)新興城鎮(zhèn)化和新型工業(yè)化進(jìn)行了SWOT分析；第五部分是綜合概述了國(guó)內(nèi)外在城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)方面先進(jìn)案例；最后一部分是針對(duì)前面所述以及實(shí)際調(diào)研情況,找出沙灣區(qū)在新興城鎮(zhèn)化和新型工業(yè)化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展上存在的問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)其問(wèn)題給出相關(guān)建議。 本文力求通過(guò)對(duì)沙灣區(qū)新型城鎮(zhèn)化和新型工業(yè)化的研究,為沙灣區(qū)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展新型工業(yè)化和新型城鎮(zhèn)化提供一些有益的參考和建議。
[Abstract]:Industrialization and urbanization are problems that our country needs to pay attention to and solve for a long time to come. In the 12th Five-Year Plan of our country, it is clearly pointed out that we should unswervingly follow the road of new-type industrialization development with Chinese characteristics. This paper studies the coordinated development of new industrialization and new urbanization in Shawan District of Leshan City, so, The present situation of new industrialization and new urbanization in Shawan area, the problems encountered in their coordinated development, and how to solve these problems are all the problems to be discussed in this paper. Shawan area is an important industrial town with a high degree of industrialization. Therefore, the study on the coordinated development of industrialization and urbanization and the analysis of the interaction between them can provide a reference for the development of other counties. It has great reference value for the coordinated development of county industrialization and urbanization. In 2011, the urbanization rate of our country exceeded 50% for the first time, which indicates that the resident population of cities and towns in China exceeds the rural population for the first time. Our country has begun to enter the accelerated stage of urbanization construction, and at the same time, it has also opened the road of new urbanization construction in our country. The harmonious development of industrialization and urbanization is the key to the success of new urbanization construction in China. Therefore, this paper chooses Shawan area of Leshan as an example to study the coordinated development of urbanization and industrialization. The second part is mainly about the background of the thesis, the significance of the topic and related theories; the third part is the key content of the article. This part introduces the development of new urbanization in Shawan area in detail and examines the coordination degree between urbanization and industrialization of new type vehicles in Shawan area by using empirical judgment method. Part 4th analyzes the emerging urbanization and new industrialization in Shawan area by SWOT combined with the actual situation, and part 5th summarizes the advanced cases of urbanization construction both at home and abroad. The last part is to find out the problems existing in the coordinated development of emerging urbanization and new industrialization in Shawan area in view of the above mentioned and actual investigation situation, and to give some relevant suggestions for the problems. This paper tries to provide some useful references and suggestions for the coordinated development of new type industrialization and new type urbanization through the study of new type urbanization and new type industrialization in Shawan area.
