【摘要】：二十一世紀(jì)是信息化的時(shí)代，也是ERP、BPR、BPI等諸多管理工具及理念逐步走向成熟的時(shí)代。面對(duì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇的外部大環(huán)境，積極引入先進(jìn)的管理理念和信息化工具是企業(yè)降低成本、提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的必由之路。 本文通過(guò)分析散熱器行業(yè)內(nèi)主要產(chǎn)品的工藝特點(diǎn)、生產(chǎn)及工作流程，借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外散熱器企業(yè)的先進(jìn)管理模式和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，尋找出國(guó)內(nèi)散熱器行業(yè)普遍存在的管理問(wèn)題及可行的解決模式，并通過(guò)軟件程式將其固化。 以散熱器行業(yè)內(nèi)的典型企業(yè)C公司為例，通過(guò)具體的企業(yè)情況摸排、分析與診斷，針對(duì)散熱器行業(yè)特點(diǎn)，打破部門(mén)原固有流程，重新進(jìn)行了有效的流程改善與流程再造，將訂單流作為企業(yè)的工作流程和ERP系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)核心。 將尋找到的企業(yè)管控模式與現(xiàn)代信息化管理手段緊密結(jié)合，形成有效的物流、單據(jù)流、信息流，保證了散熱器企業(yè)高效、迅速地針對(duì)訂單做出及時(shí)有效的應(yīng)對(duì)和管理。結(jié)合即時(shí)生產(chǎn)、看板管理、條碼技術(shù)等先進(jìn)管理工具，架構(gòu)并成功設(shè)計(jì)了散熱器ERP的訂單管理模塊、生產(chǎn)管理模塊、倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理模塊、財(cái)務(wù)管理模塊等與企業(yè)訂單流緊密結(jié)合的相關(guān)模塊，從而保證了散熱器訂單流程準(zhǔn)確順暢、成本控制精確。 通過(guò)將設(shè)計(jì)的散熱器ERP系統(tǒng)投入使用，在具體實(shí)施中尋找有待于優(yōu)化和提高的管理流程以及信息化手段，通過(guò)持續(xù)改進(jìn)，來(lái)尋找散熱器ERP系統(tǒng)中存在的問(wèn)題與漏洞并使之不斷完善。 通過(guò)不斷的摸索和改進(jìn)，目前該系統(tǒng)在C公司取得了良好的應(yīng)用效果，，并通過(guò)行業(yè)內(nèi)期刊推廣，獲得了廣泛的好評(píng)，其理念和流程已被多家企業(yè)應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:21th century is the era of information, but also the ERP BPRP BPI and many other management tools and ideas gradually towards the mature era, facing the global economic integration and the intensification of market competition in the external environment. Positive introduction of advanced management concepts and information tools is the only way to reduce costs and improve competitiveness. This paper analyzes the technological characteristics, production and working process of the main products in the radiator industry, and draws lessons from the advanced management mode and experience of the radiator enterprises at home and abroad. To find out the common management problems and feasible solutions in domestic radiator industry, and solidify them by software program. Taking C Company, a typical enterprise in the radiator industry, as an example, through the specific enterprise situation, analysis and diagnosis, according to the characteristics of the radiator industry, the original process of the department was broken. The order flow is regarded as the core of the enterprise workflow and the design of ERP system. Will look for the enterprise management and control mode and modern information management means closely combined to form an effective logistics, document flow, information flow, to ensure the efficiency of the radiator enterprise. The order management module of radiator ERP is constructed and successfully designed by combining the advanced management tools such as real-time production Kanban management bar code technology and so on. Production management module, warehouse management module, financial management module and other related modules closely combined with the enterprise order flow, so as to ensure the radiator order flow accurate and accurate cost control. Through the design of the radiator ERP system put into use, in the specific implementation of the need to optimize and improve the management process and information means, through continuous improvement. To find the radiator ERP system problems and loopholes and improve it. Through continuous exploration and improvement, the system has achieved good application results in C Company, and has been widely praised through the promotion of periodicals in the industry, and its concept and process have been applied by many enterprises.
