【摘要】：二十一世紀以來,信息產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展,光電產(chǎn)品迅速崛起,拓展了其上游光學玻璃、照明玻璃、電子玻璃的應(yīng)用范圍。CDGM公司在光學玻璃行業(yè)樹立了優(yōu)勢地位和良好口碑,但由于光學玻璃行業(yè)具有市場波動大,技術(shù)進步快等特點,為增強企業(yè)競爭力,推動企業(yè)做大做強,CDGM正推行從單一的光學玻璃主業(yè),向相關(guān)多元化業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和調(diào)整成為目前亟待解決的問題。本文認真研究了組織結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展歷程,闡述了直線制、職能制、事業(yè)部制、矩陣制等組織結(jié)構(gòu)的適用范圍,重點分析了事業(yè)部制的產(chǎn)生背景及其優(yōu)劣勢,論述了組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的內(nèi)容及其原則,以及權(quán)變理論。在深入分析CDGM目前面臨的內(nèi)外部形勢、競爭優(yōu)勢劣勢、公司戰(zhàn)略及業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型情況的基礎(chǔ)上,指出了公司新業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中面臨的深層次問題,其實是現(xiàn)有組織結(jié)構(gòu)不適應(yīng)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略實際、發(fā)展環(huán)境的問題,得出了事業(yè)部制是企業(yè)發(fā)展的必然選擇。根據(jù)權(quán)變理論,遵循組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計流程,提出了CDGM的組織結(jié)構(gòu)框架建議,進行了事業(yè)部內(nèi)部機構(gòu)、職能部門及事業(yè)部職責、主要業(yè)務(wù)流程、總部和事業(yè)部分權(quán)界面等內(nèi)容的設(shè)計,指出了在推行事業(yè)部制的過程中可能遇到的問題及相關(guān)措施建議,并提出了實施事業(yè)部制的預期效果,認為事業(yè)部為提高企業(yè)的環(huán)境適應(yīng)性及應(yīng)變能力,促進五大業(yè)務(wù)的專業(yè)化程度,培養(yǎng)獨當一面的人才奠定了基礎(chǔ)。本文的研究,對提高企業(yè)新業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展能力有積極意義,為新形勢下光電材料生產(chǎn)型企業(yè),以及CDGM公司下屬的子公司等組織的管理模式選擇,能提供有益的借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the rapid development of the information industry, the rapid rise of optoelectronic products, expanding its upstream optical glass, lighting glass. The application scope of electronic glass. CDGM company has established the superiority position and the good reputation in the optical glass industry, but because of the optical glass industry has the market fluctuation big, the technical progress and so on the characteristic. In order to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises, CDGM is promoting the transformation and upgrading from a single optical glass industry to the development of related diversified business. The design and adjustment of enterprise organizational structure has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper studies the development course of organizational structure and expounds the applicable scope of organizational structure such as straight line system, function system, enterprise department system, matrix system and so on. This paper mainly analyzes the background, advantages and disadvantages of the Ministry system, discusses the content and principle of organizational structure design, and the contingency theory, and deeply analyzes the internal and external situation that CDGM is facing at present. On the basis of competitive advantages and disadvantages, company strategy and business transformation, this paper points out the deep-seated problems in the development of new business, which is actually the problem that the existing organizational structure does not adapt to the actual enterprise strategy and the development environment. According to contingency theory, according to the contingency theory, following the organizational structure design process, put forward the organizational structure framework of CDGM, and carry out the internal organization of the business department. The functions and responsibilities of the department, the main business processes, the headquarters and the division of the separation of power interface design, pointed out the implementation of the cause department system in the process of problems and relevant measures. And put forward the expected effect of the implementation of the business ministry system, think that the business department in order to improve the environmental adaptability and adaptability of enterprises, promote the specialization of the five major business. The research of this paper has positive significance to improve the ability of new business development of enterprises, for the production of optoelectronic materials under the new situation. And the choice of management mode of CDGM subsidiary company can provide useful reference and reference.
