【摘要】：建筑業(yè)是我國的支柱產業(yè),作為勞動密集型和資本密集型的產業(yè),它在促進我國經濟發(fā)展、克服經濟危機的過程中,起到了重要作用。近年來,我國建筑企業(yè)也呈現(xiàn)不斷增長的態(tài)勢,特別是中小建筑企業(yè)迅速增加,為我國建筑經濟的發(fā)展注入了新的活力。但是在中小建筑企業(yè)發(fā)展的過程中,我們也注意到他們和其他中小企業(yè)一樣面臨著融資難的困境。加之目前工程施工已經進入到微利階段,融資難成為了嚴重制約他們發(fā)展的關鍵障礙。因此本文結合中小建筑企業(yè)自身流動資產比例高、物資管理難等特點,引進新興的物流金融管理模式,試圖通過運用物流金融模式解決中小建筑企業(yè)的融資難題。 論文首先結合國內外物流金融的研究和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對中小型建筑企業(yè)通過物流金融解決融資問題進行了可行性分析,隨后對市場上現(xiàn)有的倉單質押、保兌倉、物流公司墊付貨款、銀行墊付和物流融資等等模式分別進行了介紹和分析。另外由于物流金融實質上是一種資產和信用貸款,因此論文根據(jù)中小型建筑企業(yè)的物資和物流特點,從物資來源、物資使用和持有主體、物資性質等三個維度來界定中小建筑企業(yè)的物資資源,并探討在掌握不同維度資源的情況下,如何選擇以及選擇何種物流金融業(yè)務模式進行分析論證。 通過論證,我們也看到幾點需要注意：首先中小建筑企業(yè)要考慮內部資源系統(tǒng)整合的手段和方法,其次中小建筑企業(yè)要挖掘自身優(yōu)勢資源,充分發(fā)揮主動性和積極性,積極與業(yè)主單位、物流企業(yè)和金融機構進行接觸,有針對性地選擇和爭取他們開展的物流金融服務；最后中小建筑企業(yè)要嘗試金融方面的創(chuàng)新,要考慮充分發(fā)揮建筑行業(yè)的優(yōu)勢以及業(yè)主單位的特殊地位,爭取將業(yè)主單位納入到物流金融的主體里面,即使他們不能充分發(fā)揮作用但是哪怕發(fā)揮擔保的作用,對中小建筑企業(yè)來說也受益頗多。
[Abstract]:Construction industry is the pillar industry of our country , as labor - intensive and capital - intensive industries , it plays an important role in promoting our country ' s economic development and overcoming economic crisis . On the basis of the research and development of logistics finance at home and abroad , the paper introduces and analyzes the financing problem of small and medium - sized construction enterprises through logistics finance . In addition , because of the material and logistics characteristics of small and medium - sized construction enterprises , the paper defines the material resources of small and medium - sized construction enterprises based on the material and logistics characteristics of small and medium - sized construction enterprises , and discusses how to select and select the logistics financial business model under the condition of mastering different dimension resources . In the end , small and medium - sized construction enterprises should take full advantage of the advantages of the construction industry and the special status of the Employer ' s units , and strive for the full play of the advantages of the construction industry and the special status of the Employer ' s units , so as to bring the Employer ' s units into the main body of the logistics finance , even if they can not give full play to the role of the guarantee , but also benefit from the small and medium - sized construction enterprises .
