【摘要】：摘要：現(xiàn)代物流是提升制造企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要手段,制造業(yè)是物流業(yè)發(fā)展的需求基礎(chǔ)。制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展,有利于制造業(yè)降低成本,提高效率,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)；有利于釋放和集聚物流需求,整合社會(huì)物流資源,提高物流業(yè)的整體服務(wù)水平；有利于調(diào)整優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變。制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展成為近年來(lái)我國(guó)政府和業(yè)界關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。目前兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)的研究主要從宏觀和政府角度進(jìn)行研究,很少?gòu)奈⒂^視角開(kāi)展研究。本文試圖從微觀層面、企業(yè)視角進(jìn)行兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)的研究。本文梳理了兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)的相關(guān)理論、分析了我國(guó)兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀和主要模式及方法、技術(shù),提出了實(shí)體平臺(tái)(物流園區(qū))與信息平臺(tái)(省級(jí)物流公共信息平臺(tái))相結(jié)合的推動(dòng)區(qū)域性兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展的模式。并從供應(yīng)物流、生產(chǎn)物流、銷售物流、逆向物流四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)這種模式進(jìn)行了分析。 最后本文以作者參與湖南省經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息化委員會(huì)“湖南省制造業(yè)與物流聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展研究”課題、婁底湘中國(guó)際物流園多式聯(lián)運(yùn)中心規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目和參加湖南省物流公共信息平臺(tái)建設(shè)的實(shí)際經(jīng)歷,以?shī)涞紫嬷袊?guó)際物流園為實(shí)體平臺(tái)、以湖南省物流公共信息平臺(tái)為信息平臺(tái),進(jìn)行了實(shí)體平臺(tái)與信息平臺(tái)相結(jié)合推進(jìn)區(qū)域性兩業(yè)聯(lián)動(dòng)發(fā)展的實(shí)證研究。
[Abstract]:Abstract: modern logistics is an important means to enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises, manufacturing industry is the demand basis for the development of logistics industry. The linkage development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry is conducive to reduce costs and improve efficiency of manufacturing industry. Promoting industrial upgrading; It is beneficial to release and gather logistics demand, integrate social logistics resources, and improve the overall service level of logistics industry; It is advantageous to adjust and optimize the industrial structure. In recent years, the development of the linkage between manufacturing and logistics industry has become a hot issue concerned by the government and the industry. At present, the research on the linkage between the two industries is mainly from the perspective of macro and government. This paper tries to study the linkage of two industries from the micro level and enterprise perspective. This paper combs the related theory of the two industries linkage. This paper analyzes the current situation, main modes and methods and technologies of the two industries linkage in China. This paper puts forward the model of promoting the development of regional two industries by combining entity platform (logistics park) and information platform (provincial logistics public information platform), and from supply logistics, production logistics, sales logistics. Reverse logistics four links to the analysis of this model. Finally, the author participated in the Hunan Economic and Information Commission "Hunan Province manufacturing and logistics linkage development research". Loudi Xiangzhong International Logistics Park multimodal transport center planning project and participate in Hunan Province logistics public information platform construction practical experience taking Loudi International Logistics Park as the entity platform. Taking Hunan logistics public information platform as the information platform, this paper makes an empirical study on the combination of entity platform and information platform to promote the regional two industries' linkage development.
