【摘要】：質(zhì)量問(wèn)題始終是企業(yè)的重要問(wèn)題,質(zhì)量管理更是公司管理的重中之重。全球質(zhì)量管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的發(fā)展,更是為企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易帶來(lái)諸多便利。但是,國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系繁多,各個(gè)行業(yè)有各個(gè)行業(yè)的特色,比如汽車行業(yè)就采用了更適合自身狀況的TS16949質(zhì)量管理體系。應(yīng)用質(zhì)量管理體系不是一味地照搬質(zhì)量管理體系,如何引用各種質(zhì)量管理體系的優(yōu)點(diǎn),基于企業(yè)自身特色和顧客要求融合并優(yōu)化一套適合企業(yè)自身狀況的質(zhì)量管理體系,是許多企業(yè)面臨的共同問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn)。首先,本文介紹了質(zhì)量管理體系概念、ISO9000質(zhì)量管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)展歷程、以及ISO9000質(zhì)量管理體系應(yīng)用問(wèn)題,介紹了其他國(guó)際質(zhì)量管理體系狀況。接著,結(jié)合R公司的實(shí)際狀況和顧客的要求對(duì)R公司質(zhì)量管理體系進(jìn)行分析、診斷,找出R公司質(zhì)量管理體系存在的三個(gè)問(wèn)題:文件控制問(wèn)題;產(chǎn)品良率低,工序控制無(wú)法滿足顧客要求;批量問(wèn)題多、質(zhì)量問(wèn)題重復(fù)發(fā)生。通過(guò)對(duì)這三個(gè)問(wèn)題的深入研究分析,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)方法GRR、SPC及PDCA理論提出了一系列的優(yōu)化措施:建立有效的文件控制系統(tǒng);基于統(tǒng)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行工序控制;建立定期工序?qū)徍藱C(jī)制。并予以實(shí)施驗(yàn)證,采用實(shí)證分析的方法,通過(guò)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證了優(yōu)化方案的有效性。本文通過(guò)以上工作,達(dá)到了優(yōu)化和改進(jìn)R公司質(zhì)量管理體系、滿足顧客要求、提升工序質(zhì)量、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的目的。同時(shí)期望通過(guò)對(duì)R公司質(zhì)量管理體系的研究和結(jié)構(gòu)性優(yōu)化,能夠?qū)εcR公司類似的企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理體系建設(shè)和優(yōu)化帶來(lái)一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Quality problem has always been an important issue in enterprises, quality management is the top priority of corporate management. The development of global quality management standardization, but also bring a lot of convenience for business and international trade. The international standard system is various, each profession has each profession characteristic. For example, the automobile industry has adopted the TS16949 quality management system which is more suitable for its own situation. The application of the quality management system does not blindly copy the quality management system, how to quote the advantages of various quality management systems. It is a common problem and challenge for many enterprises to integrate and optimize a set of quality management system based on their own characteristics and customer requirements. Firstly, this paper introduces the concept of quality management system. The development course of ISO9000 quality management standard and the application of ISO9000 quality management system are introduced, and the status of other international quality management systems is introduced. Combined with the actual situation of R company and customer requirements, the quality management system of R company is analyzed, diagnosed, and three problems of R company quality management system are found out: document control problem; Low product yield, process control can not meet customer requirements; There are many batch problems and repeated quality problems. Through the in-depth study and analysis of these three problems, the statistical method GRR is used. SPC and PDCA theory put forward a series of optimization measures: to establish an effective file control system; Process control based on statistical method; Establish periodic process audit mechanism, and implement verification, using the method of empirical analysis, through the relevant data to verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme. To optimize and improve R company quality management system, to meet customer requirements, improve process quality, product quality. At the same time, through the R company quality management system research and structural optimization. It can be used for reference to the construction and optimization of quality management system of R company.
