【摘要】：電力行業(yè)是應(yīng)用信息技術(shù)較早的行業(yè)之一,信息技術(shù)在電力工業(yè)的應(yīng)用起始于六十年代初。到目前為止,各級(jí)電力企業(yè)在發(fā)電廠計(jì)算機(jī)控制、變電站自動(dòng)化、電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化、電力負(fù)荷管理、管理信息系統(tǒng)、計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算機(jī)仿真、科研試驗(yàn)等領(lǐng)域有了一定的應(yīng)用,在發(fā)電廠計(jì)算機(jī)控制、電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化方面取得了較高的水平。在2006年,國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司順應(yīng)當(dāng)今企業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),開始了ERP軟件的實(shí)施。 本文以項(xiàng)目實(shí)施順序?yàn)橹鲗?dǎo),介紹了ERP和SAP的基本概念和發(fā)展歷史,逐步介紹SAP項(xiàng)目在中國(guó)企業(yè)實(shí)施的現(xiàn)狀,在國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司的實(shí)施過程,闡述了項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中使用的方法論,說明了這種改進(jìn)的ASAP方法使得實(shí)施主體在軟硬件環(huán)境、工期控制、人力控制、數(shù)據(jù)整理控制及培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量控制等一系列關(guān)鍵約束資源情況下,更有效地監(jiān)管了實(shí)施工程質(zhì)量,為其他企業(yè)實(shí)施ERP系統(tǒng)提供了一種方法論上的借鑒,為探索實(shí)施大型信息化系統(tǒng)開創(chuàng)了新的管理方式和績(jī)效管理模式。其次重點(diǎn)介紹、論述PS模塊在國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司的實(shí)施。運(yùn)用SAP中PS模塊的功能,結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際完成對(duì)企業(yè)項(xiàng)目的管理,主要包括項(xiàng)目前期管理,概算管理,計(jì)劃管理,服務(wù)合同管理,進(jìn)度管理,變更管理和竣工管理七大部分。最后在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中來分析并總結(jié)使用PS模塊的優(yōu)勢(shì)和存在的問題。在進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中和實(shí)施上線后的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)的比較后,總結(jié)了不足并提出了解決思路和今后研究的主要方向。 實(shí)施該系統(tǒng)的一套方法在國(guó)家電網(wǎng)取得了比較好的效果,為以后SAP在電力行業(yè)的部署于實(shí)施提供了借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:Electric power industry is one of the early application of information technology, the application of information technology in the power industry began in early 60s. Up to now, all levels of power enterprises in power plant computer control, substation automation. Power dispatching automation, power load management, management information system, computer aided design, computer simulation, scientific research and testing have been applied in power plant computer control. In 2006, the State Grid Company began to implement ERP software in accordance with the development trend of enterprise informatization. Based on the order of project implementation, this paper introduces the basic concepts and development history of ERP and SAP, and introduces the status quo of the implementation of SAP project in Chinese enterprises and the implementation process in State Grid Corporation. This paper expounds the methodology used in the implementation of the project, and explains that this improved ASAP method makes the main body of the implementation in the software and hardware environment, the time limit control, and the manpower control. Under a series of key constraints, such as data collation control and training quality control, the project quality is supervised more effectively, which provides a methodological reference for other enterprises to implement ERP system. In order to explore the implementation of large-scale information system to create a new management and performance management mode. Secondly, the introduction of PS module in the State Grid Company, the use of PS module in SAP function. Combined with the actual completion of the enterprise project management, including project pre-management, budget management, planning management, service contract management, progress management. Change management and completion management are seven parts. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of using PS module are analyzed and summarized in the process of project implementation. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages between the implementation of the project and the implementation of the line. . This paper summarizes the shortcomings and puts forward the solutions and the main directions of future research. A set of methods to implement the system has been achieved in the State Grid, which provides reference and reference for the future deployment of SAP in the electric power industry.
