【摘要】:運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝業(yè)不僅是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)傳統(tǒng)支柱型產(chǎn)業(yè)也是我國(guó)增加外匯儲(chǔ)備的重要行業(yè),同時(shí)也為其它產(chǎn)業(yè)提供了大量配套產(chǎn)品,有效地拉動(dòng)了輕工、化工、紡織、機(jī)械、交通、衛(wèi)生、建筑、物流及商貿(mào)等相關(guān)行業(yè)的發(fā)展。不僅如此,運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝業(yè)還為社會(huì)提供了大量的就業(yè)崗位,對(duì)促進(jìn)農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)起到了重要作用。然而我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝業(yè)在閃耀的光環(huán)下,還存在著許多亟待解決的問(wèn)題,激烈的行業(yè)內(nèi)部競(jìng)爭(zhēng),狹窄的行業(yè)利潤(rùn)空間使得我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝行業(yè)面臨提高自身價(jià)值的迫切需要。 本文基于財(cái)務(wù)角度,對(duì)我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況進(jìn)行分析,并用杜邦分析法驗(yàn)證五力分析的穩(wěn)健性,最后選取典型案例進(jìn)行具體分析,用以檢測(cè)實(shí)證分析結(jié)果的實(shí)用性。通過(guò)研究得出,運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)中原料制造業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)力,活動(dòng)力比較強(qiáng),安定力方面比較薄弱。服裝設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)業(yè)和市場(chǎng)銷售業(yè)在收益力、安定力、活動(dòng)力、和生產(chǎn)力方面均有較好的表現(xiàn),唯獨(dú)成長(zhǎng)力水平欠佳。 通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈的研究,可以對(duì)各階段產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈價(jià)值提出優(yōu)化途徑:對(duì)于企業(yè)管理者來(lái)說(shuō),應(yīng)結(jié)合自身所處產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈環(huán)節(jié)情況,選擇適合自身發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略決策;政府方面應(yīng)對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)給予支持,促進(jìn)運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝業(yè)各產(chǎn)業(yè)階段發(fā)展,為運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)奠定基礎(chǔ);投資者不要僅僅把眼光放在企業(yè)的盈利能力上,還應(yīng)密切關(guān)注企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)空間,以便給企業(yè)帶來(lái)更大的利益。本文的研究為我國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供借鑒,在豐富和完善產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈理論的同時(shí),推動(dòng)運(yùn)動(dòng)服裝業(yè)的發(fā)展和壯大。
[Abstract]:Sports clothing industry is not only the traditional pillar industry of China's national economy, but also an important industry to increase foreign exchange reserves, but also provides a large number of supporting products for other industries, effectively pulling light industry, chemical industry, textile. The development of machinery, transportation, sanitation, construction, logistics, commerce and other related industries. Not only that, sports clothing industry also provides a large number of jobs for society. It has played an important role in promoting the construction of rural urbanization. However, under the shining halo, there are still many problems to be solved, and fierce competition within the industry. The narrow industry profit space makes the sports clothing industry in our country face the urgent need to improve its own value. Based on the financial point of view, this paper analyzes the operating conditions of sports apparel enterprises in China, and uses DuPont analysis method to verify the robustness of the five-force analysis. Finally, the typical case is selected for specific analysis. In order to test the practicability of the empirical analysis, it is concluded that the growth power of the raw material manufacturing industry in the sports clothing industry is relatively strong. The garment design production industry and the market sales industry have better performance in terms of income, stability, mobility, and productivity, but the level of growth is not good. Through the research on the value chain of sports clothing industry in China, we can optimize the value of each stage of the industrial chain: for enterprise managers, we should combine their own industrial chain links. Choose the strategic decision suitable for their own development; The government should support the sports clothing industry, promote the development of the sports clothing industry in various stages, and lay the foundation for the upgrading of the sports clothing industry. Investors should not only focus on the profitability of enterprises, but also pay close attention to the growth space of enterprises, in order to bring greater benefits to enterprises. While enriching and perfecting the theory of industrial value chain, it promotes the development and expansion of sports clothing industry.
