【摘要】：產(chǎn)品生命周期各階段影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的因素具有復(fù)雜性和多樣性,這使得對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)具有模糊性、不確定性,很難進(jìn)行精確化、定量化;同時(shí),"限額與交易"機(jī)制的提出以及最新環(huán)保法的出臺(tái),企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中將更加注重產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的綠色化、生態(tài)化與環(huán)�；�。因此,為適應(yīng)國(guó)家綠色GDP、低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展的多重要求,文章將生態(tài)指標(biāo)引入鋼鐵企業(yè)產(chǎn)品生態(tài)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)研究中,根據(jù)鋼鐵企業(yè)生態(tài)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)模糊多變的特點(diǎn),采用模糊層次綜合評(píng)判法,以技術(shù)指標(biāo)、經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)、市場(chǎng)指標(biāo)、生態(tài)指標(biāo)以及管理指標(biāo)為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的、多層次的企業(yè)生態(tài)質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)鋼鐵企業(yè)生態(tài)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行多方位、多階段、多層次、多視角的全面評(píng)價(jià),促進(jìn)企業(yè)生態(tài)質(zhì)量的提升。
[Abstract]:The factors affecting product quality in each stage of product life cycle are complex and diverse, which makes the evaluation of product quality fuzzy and uncertain, so it is difficult to be accurate and quantitative. At the same time, "quota and trading" mechanism and the introduction of the latest environmental protection law, enterprises in the production process will pay more attention to the green product quality, ecological and environmental protection. Therefore, in order to adapt to the national green GDP. Low carbon economy and the multiple requirements of sustainable development, this paper introduces ecological indicators into the evaluation of the ecological quality of iron and steel enterprises, according to the characteristics of fuzzy evaluation of the ecological quality of iron and steel enterprises. Based on technical index, economic index, market index, ecological index and management index, a systematic and multi-level comprehensive evaluation index system of enterprise ecological quality is constructed by using fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method. In order to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the ecological quality of iron and steel enterprises in many directions, stages, levels and perspectives, the ecological quality of the enterprises can be promoted.
