【摘要】:企業(yè)的高速發(fā)展是影響全球經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的重要因素之一,而一個(gè)企業(yè)要實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,想要提高企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)中的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,其管理高層就必須重視人力資源管理。企業(yè)離不開(kāi)投資,而員工培訓(xùn)恰恰就是人力資源中一項(xiàng)舉足輕重的投資,又是企業(yè)不斷成長(zhǎng)的肥料。企業(yè)管理層應(yīng)當(dāng)重視這項(xiàng)投資,合理的對(duì)這項(xiàng)投資進(jìn)行操作,以達(dá)到企業(yè)的利益最大化。但是,現(xiàn)在國(guó)內(nèi)的很多企業(yè)在員工培訓(xùn)方面不管是理論還是實(shí)踐中都存在這一些因主觀或者客觀因素帶來(lái)的問(wèn)題,比如企業(yè)管理層不重視內(nèi)部員工培訓(xùn)、員工培訓(xùn)前未做需求調(diào)查、員工培訓(xùn)課堂理論化等,從而使企業(yè)在員工培訓(xùn)后達(dá)不到預(yù)期的效果,在根本上喪失了培訓(xùn)的真正意義。為此,我們應(yīng)該在根本上解決這些問(wèn)題,并引導(dǎo)管理層重視企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn),從而提升企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文共分為五個(gè)部分:第一部分為緒論。主要介紹了研究的背景、員工培訓(xùn)的概述、研究的內(nèi)容、技術(shù)路線、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)及國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)綜述。第二部分為浙江五洲工程項(xiàng)目管理有限公司員工培訓(xùn)狀況。主要介紹了該企業(yè)的概況,并通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)地了解浙江五洲工程項(xiàng)目管理有限公司在對(duì)新老員工的培訓(xùn)的課程、方法、效果方面做了一個(gè)全面而又詳細(xì)的調(diào)查,綜合的展示了五洲公司在員工培訓(xùn)方面的現(xiàn)狀。第三部分為浙江五洲工程項(xiàng)目管理有限公司員工培訓(xùn)存在的問(wèn)題及原因分析。主要通過(guò)深入浙江五洲工程項(xiàng)目管理有限公司內(nèi)部的員工培訓(xùn)課堂,根據(jù)五洲公司培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀,應(yīng)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,深入了解五洲公司在新老員工培訓(xùn)中存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)其問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行細(xì)部分析。第四部分為浙江五洲工程項(xiàng)目管理有限公司員工培訓(xùn)對(duì)策及建議。根據(jù)五洲公司員工培訓(xùn)問(wèn)題的原因,,詳細(xì)閱讀國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)知識(shí),結(jié)合人力資源方面相關(guān)理論知識(shí),提出比較有針對(duì)性的建議。第五部分為研究的不足與展望。本文的目的在于通過(guò)對(duì)浙江五洲工程項(xiàng)目管理有限公司員工培訓(xùn)方面的研究,為五洲公司在員工培訓(xùn)方面提供參考,并有效的為國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)提供相關(guān)的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of enterprises is one of the important factors affecting the global economic situation, and an enterprise to achieve sustainable development, want to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in the market economy. Its senior management must attach importance to human resources management. Enterprises can not do without investment, and employee training is precisely a decisive investment in human resources. Enterprise management should attach importance to this investment and reasonably operate the investment in order to maximize the benefits of the enterprise. At present, many domestic enterprises in terms of staff training, whether in theory or in practice, there are some subjective or objective factors, such as corporate management does not attach importance to internal staff training. Before the staff training did not do the needs survey, staff training classroom theorization, so that the enterprise in the staff training after the expected results, fundamentally lost the real significance of training. We should solve these problems fundamentally and guide the management to pay attention to employee training so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction. It mainly introduces the background of the research, the summary of staff training, the content of the research, the technical route. Innovation and literature review at home and abroad. The second part is the status of staff training in Zhejiang Wuzhou Project Management Co., Ltd. mainly introduces the general situation of the enterprise. And through the on-site understanding of Zhejiang Wuzhou Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. in the training of new and old staff courses, methods, effects of a comprehensive and detailed investigation. The third part is the problem and reason analysis of staff training in Zhejiang Wuzhou project management co., Ltd. Staff training classes within the LLC. According to the current situation of the training of Wuzhou Company, this paper applies the questionnaire method to deeply understand the problems existing in the training of new and old employees in Wuzhou Company. And the causes of the problems are analyzed in detail. Part 4th is the countermeasures and suggestions for the staff training of Zhejiang Wuzhou Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd. According to the reasons of the staff training problems of Wuzhou Company. Detailed reading of domestic and foreign literature knowledge, combined with human resources related theoretical knowledge. The purpose of this paper is to study the employee training of Zhejiang Wuzhou Project Management Co., Ltd. To provide reference for the staff training of Wuzhou Company, and to provide relevant theoretical basis for the staff training of domestic enterprises.
