【摘要】：正為了貫徹中國兵器裝備集團公司戰(zhàn)略,其下屬的重慶青山工業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司(以下簡稱青山公司)運用平衡計分卡原理來確定公司戰(zhàn)略、規(guī)劃,取得了較好的管理效果。一、平衡計分卡的主要做法青山公司從公司、部門、班組和崗位四個層級,按戰(zhàn)略制定、戰(zhàn)略地圖、計分卡、KPI、行動計劃五個業(yè)務(wù)線編制平衡計分卡。(一)戰(zhàn)略地圖戰(zhàn)略地圖是平衡計分卡的起點,它從財務(wù)、客戶、內(nèi)部流程、學(xué)習(xí)與成長四個維度將戰(zhàn)略目標在一張紙上呈現(xiàn)出來,

Achieved better management results. First, the main practice of balanced Scorecard from the company, department, team and post four levels, according to strategic formulation, strategic map, scorecard KPI.
