【摘要】:長期以來,以化石能源為主體的能源結(jié)構(gòu),迅速消耗著地球上積存數(shù)萬年形成的寶貴化石能源。這不僅造成了嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境污染和生態(tài)問題,也阻礙了人類社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。隨著科技的不斷進(jìn)步,人們在新能源領(lǐng)域的探索也逐漸深入,對于風(fēng)能、核能、生物質(zhì)能等新能源的研究日益加深。作為一種歷史悠久、應(yīng)用廣泛的可再生能源,風(fēng)能不僅儲量巨大,而且具備可再生、分布廣、對環(huán)境無害等優(yōu)良特性。風(fēng)力發(fā)電作為可再生能源發(fā)電技術(shù)之一,目前發(fā)展快速、較為成熟、具備大規(guī)模開發(fā)條件和廣闊的商業(yè)化前景,因而備受世界各國關(guān)注。 縱觀我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè),近年來發(fā)展十分迅猛,從無到有已經(jīng)建立了一條完整的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,設(shè)備制造和裝機(jī)容量的發(fā)展都已躍居世界前列。因此從國際視角分析其競爭力和影響因素很有必要,具有重要的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。文章首先根據(jù)國內(nèi)風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展特征,以波特鉆石模型為基礎(chǔ),,構(gòu)建了競爭力分析模型,并結(jié)合層次分析法,多元線性回歸形成了完整的分析框架。 依據(jù)風(fēng)力發(fā)電和產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力等相關(guān)理論,本文先介紹風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的國際和國內(nèi)背景;其次,基于鉆石模型的視角,概述了我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力,并運(yùn)用層次分析法對相關(guān)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行梳理歸納,構(gòu)建我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)主要影響因素的指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用多元線性回歸模型檢驗(yàn)各個指標(biāo)的的相關(guān)度和效果,提高研究的實(shí)際價(jià)值;最后,對實(shí)證結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,并提出相關(guān)對策建議。 基于以上研究,本文得出如下結(jié)論:一、我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)在產(chǎn)品總量和市場規(guī)模方面具有較強(qiáng)優(yōu)勢,但在核心技術(shù)、創(chuàng)新能力和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系建設(shè)方面與其他風(fēng)電強(qiáng)國相比較為薄弱。二、在鉆石模型框架下,我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力幾大要素各有優(yōu)勢和劣勢,同時也面臨著較大的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),在產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中存在著較為明顯的技術(shù)壁壘、人才壁壘和政策壁壘,棄風(fēng)限電問題嚴(yán)峻。三、實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,一方面人力資本、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、風(fēng)電設(shè)備制造業(yè)發(fā)展水平、專利數(shù)量、研發(fā)投入對我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)起到了積極影響作用。而另一方面,匯率下降在一定程度上抑制了風(fēng)電產(chǎn)品出口,國內(nèi)工資水平上漲和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)不力限制了風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。根據(jù)以上結(jié)論,本文提出相應(yīng)對策建議:從國家層面應(yīng)加快風(fēng)電基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),為風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造硬性條件;完善知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)和實(shí)施風(fēng)電專利發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,建立規(guī)范的風(fēng)電行業(yè)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),加強(qiáng)風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)政策扶持力度,為我國風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展創(chuàng)造軟性條件。從產(chǎn)業(yè)層面,應(yīng)加快風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合,重視風(fēng)電專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng),促進(jìn)風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新。從企業(yè)層面,應(yīng)增強(qiáng)風(fēng)電企業(yè)抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力,加快向國際市場進(jìn)軍的步伐,積極拓展海外風(fēng)電市場。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the energy structure with fossil energy as the main body consumes the precious fossil energy accumulated on the earth for tens of thousands of years, which not only causes serious environmental pollution and ecological problems. It also hinders the sustainable development of human society. With the continuous progress of science and technology, people in the field of new energy exploration is gradually deepening, for wind energy, nuclear energy. As a renewable energy with a long history and wide application, wind energy not only has huge reserves, but also has renewable and widely distributed. Wind power, as one of the renewable energy generation technologies, is developing rapidly and maturely, and has the conditions of large-scale development and broad commercial prospects. As a result, the world is concerned about. Throughout China's wind power industry, in recent years, the development is very rapid, from scratch has established a complete industrial chain. The development of equipment manufacturing and installed capacity has leapt to the forefront of the world, so it is necessary to analyze its competitiveness and influencing factors from the international perspective. It has important practical application value. Firstly, according to the development characteristics of domestic wind power industry, based on Porter diamond model, the competitiveness analysis model is constructed and combined with the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Multiple linear regression forms a complete analytical framework. Based on the theory of wind power generation and industrial competitiveness, this paper first introduces the international and domestic background of wind power industry development. Secondly, based on the diamond model perspective, summarized the competitiveness of wind power industry in China, and use the Analytic hierarchy process to sort out the relevant indicators to build the main factors of wind power industry index system. Multivariate linear regression model is used to test the correlation and effect of each index to improve the practical value of the study. Finally, the empirical results are analyzed, and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Based on the above research, this paper draws the following conclusions: first, the wind power industry in China has a strong advantage in the total product and market scale, but in the core technology. Compared with other wind power countries, the innovation ability and industry standard system construction are relatively weak. Secondly, under the framework of diamond model, the competitive factors of wind power industry of our country have their own advantages and disadvantages. In the process of industrial development, there are obvious technical barriers, talent barriers and policy barriers. Third, the empirical results show that. On the one hand, human capital, infrastructure, wind power equipment manufacturing development level, the number of patents, R & D investment has played a positive role in the wind power industry. On the other hand. The decline of exchange rate has restrained the export of wind power products to some extent, the rise of domestic wage level and the weak protection of intellectual property rights have restricted the development of wind power industry. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: from the national level, we should speed up the construction of wind power infrastructure to create a hard condition for the development of wind power industry; We will improve the protection of intellectual property rights and implement the development strategy of wind power patents, establish standardized national standards for wind power industry, and strengthen policy support for the wind power industry. To create soft conditions for the healthy development of wind power industry in China. From the industrial level, we should speed up the integration of wind power industry chain, attach importance to the cultivation of wind power professionals, promote independent innovation of wind power industry, and from the enterprise level. Wind power enterprises should strengthen their ability to resist risks, speed up their march to the international market, and actively expand overseas wind power markets.
