【摘要】：文章以泡沫水泥保溫板項(xiàng)目為例,通過(guò)闡述建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)發(fā)展、外保溫市場(chǎng)分析、外保溫技術(shù)案例對(duì)比等方法,對(duì)泡沫水泥保溫板外保溫技術(shù)在中國(guó)外墻外保溫市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行分析和探討。重點(diǎn)分四部分進(jìn)行論述：首先,概述建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)及A級(jí)外保溫技術(shù)的政策背景,以及房信節(jié)能建材公司泡沫水泥保溫板項(xiàng)目。重點(diǎn)闡述了該項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的意義以及建設(shè)過(guò)程中所采取的各種節(jié)能環(huán)保措施,確保該項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品的先進(jìn)性。其次,對(duì)市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)行的建筑節(jié)能外保溫技術(shù)進(jìn)行比較分析,從系統(tǒng)的基本構(gòu)造、使用范圍及技術(shù)性三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述,對(duì)比了膨脹聚苯板薄抹灰外墻外保溫系統(tǒng)、發(fā)泡水泥保溫外墻外保溫系統(tǒng)等五個(gè)系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)劣勢(shì),并以綜合造價(jià)及維修補(bǔ)償為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)五個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了比較。再次,分析了泡沫水泥保溫板外保溫技術(shù)的市場(chǎng)及發(fā)展空間,以及市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。最后,泡沫水泥保溫板項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,簡(jiǎn)單介紹了項(xiàng)目的投資估算,并通過(guò)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析論證了項(xiàng)目的可行性。
[Abstract]:The foam cement insulation board project as an example, through analysis of the development of building energy saving technology, market analysis, thermal insulation, external insulation technology case comparison method of foam cement insulation board insulation insulation market development prospects in China exterior technology are analyzed and discussed. The key is divided into four parts: first, an overview of building energy saving and a technology of external thermal insulation technology and energy saving policy background, the real letter building materials company foam cement insulation board. The project focuses on all kinds of energy saving and environmental protection measures taken in the construction of the project and the significance in the process of the construction of the project, to ensure the advanced technology and products. Secondly, insulation technology to make a comparative analysis of the current market building energy efficiency, from the basic structure of the system, three aspects of application scope and technology are discussed, compared to polystyrene board thin plastering exterior insulation system, Five system foamedcement exterior insulation system and other advantages and disadvantages, and the comprehensive cost and maintenance of compensation standard compared to the five system. Thirdly, market and development space of foam cement insulation board exterior insulation technology, and market competition, the market competitive strategy. Finally, the technical and economic analysis of foam cement insulation board project, introduces the estimation of investment projects, and through the technical and economic evaluation, risk analysis demonstrated the feasibility of the project.
