【摘要】：隨著人們生活水平的提高、環(huán)保意識的加強，人們更加關(guān)注食品健康，綠色食品、有機(jī)食品受到了人們的青睞。在這種趨勢的推動下，環(huán)保、低毒性、無殘留的生物農(nóng)藥得到的迅速的推廣，生物農(nóng)藥的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)也得到的高速的發(fā)展，但同時也造成了激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境。生物農(nóng)藥企業(yè)如何在這種激烈的競爭環(huán)境中生存、發(fā)展，是企業(yè)管理者十分關(guān)注的問題，同時也是決定生物農(nóng)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)如何發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題。因此，為企業(yè)制定一個適合企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，能夠發(fā)揮企業(yè)現(xiàn)有優(yōu)勢的競爭戰(zhàn)略對企業(yè)的未來發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。 本文以此為切入點，以DQ公司為研究對象，通過對公司所面臨的外部宏觀環(huán)境和內(nèi)部資源的分析，利用PEST分析法、五力分析法、SWOT分析法、外部因素評價（EFE）矩陣、內(nèi)部因素評價（IFE）矩陣、定量戰(zhàn)略計劃（QSPM）矩陣等科學(xué)的分析工具，得出了公司在現(xiàn)階段競爭環(huán)境下所面臨的機(jī)遇要大于威脅，公司應(yīng)最大程度的通過國家扶持政策和全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化為企業(yè)帶來的機(jī)會，克服原材料漲價、客戶議價能力提高等威脅。同時也發(fā)現(xiàn)了公司管理中存在缺陷，管理人才缺乏，信息化程度不高等問題。但是公司也具備領(lǐng)先的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)，穩(wěn)定的且較高水平的科研團(tuán)隊，，較廣闊的營銷網(wǎng)絡(luò)等優(yōu)勢。通過發(fā)揮公司的自身優(yōu)勢能夠彌補自身的不足。本文認(rèn)為，公司應(yīng)抓住有利時機(jī)發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢，增強公司的競爭能力，并以此制定出適合DQ公司的競爭戰(zhàn)略。為了使競爭戰(zhàn)略順利的實施，本文有針對性的在組織結(jié)構(gòu)、人力資源、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、市場營銷、企業(yè)文化等方面提出保障競爭戰(zhàn)略順利實施的具體措施。不僅對DQ公司有很高的實用價值，同時對其他企業(yè)也有借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard and the strengthening of environmental protection consciousness, people pay more attention to food health, green food and organic food. No residue of biological pesticides have been rapidly promoted, the production of biological pesticides enterprises have also been rapid development. But at the same time, it has also created a fierce market competition environment. How to survive and develop in this fierce competition environment is a very important issue for enterprise managers. At the same time, it is the key problem to decide how to develop the bio-pesticide industry. Therefore, it is very important for enterprises to make a competitive strategy which is suitable for the present situation of the enterprises and which can give full play to the existing advantages of the enterprises. This paper takes DQ Company as the research object, through the analysis of the external macro environment and internal resources faced by the company, using the PEST analysis method, the five-force analysis method and SWOT analysis method. External factor evaluation (EFE) matrix, internal factor evaluation (IFE) matrix, quantitative strategic planning (QSPM) matrix and other scientific analysis tools. It is concluded that the opportunity faced by the company in the current competitive environment is greater than the threat, and the company should maximize the opportunity to overcome the price increase of raw materials through the national support policy and the global economic integration. At the same time, the company also found the defects in the management, the lack of management personnel, the low level of information. But the company also has the leading production technology. Stable and high level of scientific research team, broad marketing network and other advantages. By giving play to the company's own advantages can make up for their own shortcomings. This paper believes that the company should seize the favorable opportunity to play its own advantages. Enhance the competitiveness of the company, and draw up a competition strategy suitable for DQ Company. In order to make the successful implementation of the competition strategy, this paper focused on organizational structure, human resources, technological innovation, marketing. The specific measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the competitive strategy are put forward in the aspects of corporate culture, which not only have high practical value for DQ company, but also can be used for reference by other enterprises.
