【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)核電裝備技術(shù)的成熟以及核電兩大巨頭中廣核電力和中國(guó)核電的IPO,核電企業(yè)的評(píng)估逐漸多起來(lái)了;相信伴隨著我國(guó)"核電走出去"戰(zhàn)略的推進(jìn),今后核電企業(yè)的評(píng)估會(huì)更多。筆者結(jié)合中廣核電力IPO、中國(guó)核電在營(yíng)電站(秦山一期、二期、三期和田灣電站)等大型核電項(xiàng)目的評(píng)估經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)了核電企業(yè)評(píng)估的一些特殊點(diǎn)和關(guān)注點(diǎn),希望能通過(guò)共同探討進(jìn)一步提高資產(chǎn)評(píng)估在核電領(lǐng)域的服務(wù)水平。
[Abstract]:With the maturity of China's nuclear power equipment technology and the IPO of China's nuclear power companies, the evaluation of nuclear power enterprises is gradually increasing. It is believed that with the development of China's "going out of nuclear power" strategy, there will be more evaluation of nuclear power enterprises in the future. This paper summarizes some special points and concerns in the evaluation of nuclear power enterprises and hopes to further improve the service level of asset assessment in nuclear power field through joint discussion.
