【摘要】:近年來(lái),傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)特別是家電制造企業(yè)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型始終是炙手可熱的研究課題。不論是IBM、DELL等IT領(lǐng)域制造企業(yè),還是海爾、惠普這樣的傳統(tǒng)消費(fèi)電子制造企業(yè),都在不斷加快企業(yè)服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的步伐。長(zhǎng)虹公司作為內(nèi)陸地區(qū)大型的家電制造企業(yè),在制造業(yè)企業(yè)服務(wù)化和家電產(chǎn)品智能化的產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)革命浪潮下,也在積極地推進(jìn)公司產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型和服務(wù)化有關(guān)工作,為公司持續(xù)健康發(fā)展尋找新的增長(zhǎng)引擎和動(dòng)力源泉。因此,本文從目前的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展形勢(shì)和行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)出發(fā),結(jié)合全球家電制造企業(yè)與IT、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)深度融合的智能時(shí)代背景,分析研究長(zhǎng)虹公司內(nèi)部服務(wù)外顯化轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略制定的背景以及戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行的歷程。通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程的分析,說(shuō)明長(zhǎng)虹公司服務(wù)化轉(zhuǎn)型既是公司產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的客觀要求,也是家電制造企業(yè)發(fā)展到今天參與和適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的客觀需求,并對(duì)長(zhǎng)虹公司進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化和提升服務(wù)水平提出作者自己的意見和建議。按照轉(zhuǎn)型方案制定和實(shí)施的過(guò)程,本文論述了長(zhǎng)虹提出服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的動(dòng)因,分析了服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中存在的困難和問題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上全面識(shí)別了長(zhǎng)虹公司長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)積淀的基于制造的內(nèi)部服務(wù)工作內(nèi)容,分析了長(zhǎng)虹公司內(nèi)部服務(wù)外顯化轉(zhuǎn)型的潛在可行條件,研究了內(nèi)部服務(wù)外顯化轉(zhuǎn)型路徑的實(shí)效性,并展望了技術(shù)革新時(shí)代下長(zhǎng)虹內(nèi)部服務(wù)外顯化轉(zhuǎn)型的新的呈現(xiàn)方式,用案例論證的方式分析長(zhǎng)虹公司內(nèi)部服務(wù)外顯化轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略可行、有效,闡述了長(zhǎng)虹公司服務(wù)化轉(zhuǎn)型的成效,為長(zhǎng)虹公司后期優(yōu)化和提升服務(wù)能力提供可參考的理論支持。本文分析說(shuō)明了在家電制造企業(yè)新的發(fā)展時(shí)期,內(nèi)部服務(wù)外顯化轉(zhuǎn)型是長(zhǎng)虹公司產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型和加快服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的捷徑。只要加快研究和發(fā)展更加豐富的服務(wù)外顯化呈現(xiàn)方式,創(chuàng)造更具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的服務(wù)化商業(yè)模式,長(zhǎng)虹公司就一定可以在服務(wù)這個(gè)新興產(chǎn)業(yè)上大有所為。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the traditional manufacturing industry, especially the household appliance manufacturing enterprise service transformation has always been a hot research topic, whether it is IBM / Dell and other IT field manufacturing enterprises, or Haier. Traditional consumer electronics manufacturers, such as Hewlett-Packard, are accelerating the pace of service transformation and industrial upgrading. Changhong is a large appliance manufacturer in the interior. Under the tide of industrial technology revolution of manufacturing enterprises' service and home appliances' intellectualization, it is also actively promoting the company's industrial transformation and service related work. Therefore, from the current macroeconomic situation, industrial development situation and industry development trends, combined with the global appliance manufacturing enterprises and IT. The background of the intelligent era of the deep integration of the Internet industry, the analysis of Changhong company internal service explicit transformation strategy background and the implementation of the strategy. Through the analysis of the transformation process. It shows that the service transformation of Changhong Company is not only the objective requirement of industrial transformation and upgrading, but also the objective demand of household appliance manufacturing enterprises to participate in and adapt to the market competition. According to the process of making and implementing the transformation scheme, this paper discusses the motivation of Changhong's service transformation. This paper analyzes the difficulties and problems in the process of service transformation, and on this basis, comprehensively identifies the internal service content accumulated by Changhong Company based on manufacturing for a long time. This paper analyzes the potential conditions for the transformation of internal service externalization in Changhong Company, and studies the effectiveness of the internal service explicit transition path. It also looks forward to the new presentation way of explicit transformation of Changhong's internal service in the era of technological innovation. It is feasible and effective to analyze the strategy of explicit transformation of internal service of Changhong Company with the method of case study. This paper expounds the effect of the service transformation of Changhong Company, and provides reference theoretical support for the later optimization and promotion of the service capacity of Changhong Company. This paper analyzes and explains the new development period in the household appliance manufacturing enterprises. The transformation of internal service externalization is a shortcut for Changhong Company to upgrade and accelerate the development of service industry. By creating a more competitive service business model, Changhong will certainly be able to do much in this emerging industry.
