【摘要】:在買方市場(chǎng)的大環(huán)境下,研究消費(fèi)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)對(duì)分析產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)如何適應(yīng)消費(fèi)需求的變化,進(jìn)而進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí),,促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,具有重要作用。中國(guó)服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)多年發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)規(guī)模急劇擴(kuò)大,產(chǎn)品迅速占領(lǐng)全球市場(chǎng),中國(guó)已經(jīng)成為紡織服裝大國(guó)。但是在勞動(dòng)力成本優(yōu)勢(shì)減弱、環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重、人民幣升值、國(guó)際貿(mào)易壁壘加劇等背景下,中國(guó)服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)量大價(jià)低利薄的粗放式增長(zhǎng)方式是不可持續(xù)的,要進(jìn)一步發(fā)展服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)必須進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)。外部不利條件也給了中國(guó)服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的契機(jī):服裝企業(yè)在外部壓力下不得不尋找新的利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。 中國(guó)不僅是服裝生產(chǎn)大國(guó),也是服裝消費(fèi)大國(guó),在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)不景氣的情況下,許多服裝企業(yè)都開始把目光投向中國(guó),政府也一直倡導(dǎo)通過(guò)提高需求來(lái)促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。本文就是在充分分析國(guó)內(nèi)服裝消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)與中國(guó)服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)狀況的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用計(jì)量模型分析消費(fèi)對(duì)服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的引導(dǎo)作用。然后分別從提高居民收入進(jìn)而促進(jìn)居民消費(fèi)和促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)方面提出了政策建議。 根據(jù)馬斯洛需求理論,人的需求是逐漸遞進(jìn)的,隨著中國(guó)居民收入水平的提高,消費(fèi)者對(duì)服裝產(chǎn)品的需求也從生理需求逐漸過(guò)度到心理需求,服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的根本目的就是為了滿足消費(fèi)者需求。本文將國(guó)內(nèi)服裝消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)分為城鎮(zhèn)居民消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)和農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)市場(chǎng),并將城鎮(zhèn)居民與農(nóng)村居民的消費(fèi)情況分別與其各自的服裝消費(fèi)價(jià)格指數(shù)建立計(jì)量模型進(jìn)行分析。本文的結(jié)論是:城鎮(zhèn)居民服裝消費(fèi)對(duì)服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)有拉動(dòng)引導(dǎo)作用,不同收入階層的服裝消費(fèi)水平對(duì)服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的拉動(dòng)程度不同,其中高收入階層作用最明顯,中等收入階層居中,低收入階層第三。而農(nóng)村居民服裝消費(fèi)暫時(shí)處于較低水平,對(duì)服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的影響不明顯。 在實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文分別從企業(yè)和政府的角度提出了建議,對(duì)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),應(yīng)當(dāng)考慮的是如何滿足不同層次的消費(fèi)需求,企業(yè)從提高勞動(dòng)力素質(zhì)到引進(jìn)先進(jìn)技術(shù)或創(chuàng)新無(wú)一不是希望通過(guò)滿足消費(fèi)需求來(lái)占領(lǐng)市場(chǎng)。從政府的角度來(lái)說(shuō)促進(jìn)居民消費(fèi)的根本途徑就是提高居民收入,在收入增長(zhǎng)的基礎(chǔ)上為提高居民消費(fèi)水平提供社會(huì)保障支持,同時(shí)政府也應(yīng)當(dāng)為企業(yè)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)提供政策上的支持。
[Abstract]:In the environment of buyer's market, the development trend of the research on Consumption Analysis on industrial structure to adapt to changes in consumer demand, and to upgrade the industrial structure, promote the rapid development of the national economy, plays an important role. China garment industry after years of development, the rapid expansion of the scale of production, products occupy global market rapidly, has become a big country of textile and garment China but in the labor cost advantage is abate, serious environmental pollution, RMB appreciation, international trade barriers such as increased background, extensive China garment industry the lowest volume of thin profit growth is not sustainable, to the further development of the garment industry to upgrade industrial structure. The external adverse conditions for Chinese garment industry upgrade opportunity garment enterprises have to find new profit growth point under external pressure.
Not only is Chinese garment producing countries, but also clothing consumption, in the international market downturn, many apparel companies begin to pay attention to the Chinese, the government has also been advocated by increasing demand to promote economic growth. This paper is based on a full analysis of domestic apparel consumption market and upgrade the status Chinese garment industry, using the measurement model analysis of consumption on the guiding role of the garment industry upgrading. Then from improving the income of residents and promote consumption and put forward policy recommendations to promote the industrial structure.
According to Maslow's theory of needs, the demand is gradually progressive, with the income level of residents China increase, consumers on the demand of apparel products from physiological needs to psychological needs, the fundamental purpose of the garment industry upgrading is to meet consumer demand. The domestic apparel consumption market is divided into urban residents and rural residents consumption market the consumer market, and the consumption of urban residents and rural residents respectively and their clothing consumer price index to establish econometric model analysis. The conclusion is that the urban residents consumption of clothing apparel industry upgrading has positive guiding role, different income levels of different degree on stimulating consumption level of clothing apparel industry upgrading, which is high the most obvious effect of income, middle income class center, low-income and rural residents third. Clothing consumption temporarily At a lower level, the impact on the upgrading of the garment industry is not obvious.
On the basis of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward suggestions from the perspective of the government and enterprises, to the enterprise, should consider how to meet different levels of consumer demand, the introduction of advanced technology and innovation to improve the quality of the labor force from none hopes to meet consumer demand to occupy the market. The fundamental way to promote the consumption of the residents from the perspective of the government is to increase the income of residents, on the basis of revenue growth to provide social security support to improve the level of consumption at the same time, the government should provide policy support for the industrial upgrading of enterprises.
