【摘要】：近年來,隨著生產(chǎn)成本的持續(xù)上升,中國制造業(yè)企業(yè)增速已經(jīng)大幅放緩,與此同時,隨著歐債危機(jī)的不斷升級,成本控制壓力不斷上漲,越來越多的企業(yè)業(yè)已逐漸形成了共識,中國已經(jīng)不再是低成本的國家。 這些跡象已經(jīng)清楚地表明,世界制造業(yè)的格局由于各種成本原因逐步發(fā)生著改變,中國制造業(yè)的成本優(yōu)勢正在迅速縮小甚至消失。那么,如何在成本結(jié)構(gòu)已然改變的今天取得維持中國制造的競爭力,如何在變化中求得生存甚至更好的發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為業(yè)界的重要課題。本文將就如何進(jìn)行制造業(yè)成本控制展開討論,并對企業(yè)成本管理提出改善建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as production costs continue to rise, the growth of Chinese manufacturing companies has slowed sharply, while the pressure on cost control has been rising as the European debt crisis escalates. A growing number of companies have come to agree that China is no longer a low-cost country. These indications have clearly indicated that the pattern of world manufacturing industry is gradually changing due to various cost reasons, and that the cost advantage of Chinese manufacturing industry is rapidly shrinking or even disappearing. How to maintain the competitiveness of manufacturing in China today when the cost structure has changed. How to survive in the course of change or even better development has become an important topic in the industry. This paper will discuss how to control the cost of manufacturing industry and put forward some suggestions to improve the cost management of enterprises.
