【摘要】：以海爾集團和深圳邁瑞生物醫(yī)療電子股份有限公司作為典型案例,運用程序化扎根理論方法對案例企業(yè)開展縱向研究,通過開放性譯碼、主軸譯碼和選擇性譯碼3個步驟,分析案例企業(yè)逆向創(chuàng)新的具體舉措,嘗試構(gòu)建逆向創(chuàng)新的路徑模型。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),逆向創(chuàng)新存在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、設(shè)計創(chuàng)新、市場創(chuàng)新、組織創(chuàng)新4種路徑,且4種路徑在企業(yè)不同階段逆向創(chuàng)新中的重要程度不同,逆向創(chuàng)新實現(xiàn)需要企業(yè)發(fā)揮不同路徑的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新效應(yīng);不同階段的逆向創(chuàng)新路徑對應(yīng)于不同的創(chuàng)新策略類型;逆向創(chuàng)新中需要加強設(shè)計創(chuàng)新能力的構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:Haier group and Shenzhen MINDRAY Bio Medical Electronic Limited by Share Ltd as a typical case, the use of procedures of grounded theory method to carry out longitudinal study on the case of enterprises, through open coding, axial coding and selective coding 3 steps, specific measures analysis of reverse innovation cases of enterprises, try to construct the reverse path model of innovation. The study found that there is a reverse innovation technology innovation, design innovation, market innovation, organization innovation path 4, and importance of 4 paths in the enterprise at different stages in different reverse innovation, reverse innovation to achieve synergy innovation effect to enterprises play a different path; the different stages of the innovation path corresponding to the different types of innovation strategy; to strengthen the construction of innovative design the ability of innovation.
